12:04 (noon), somewhere in Spokane, in the state of Washington(USA), there is a house which holds a family by the name of 'Lueders'.
12:07- Carson is laying on the bed, as time ticks by he contemplates the idea of coming out to his best friend.
Author- in times of coming out there's many thoughts that go through the human brains. Many good, many bad! However, the one thing that people worry most about is the reaction of friends and family. These thoughts can often be daunting.
Now! The real question is, will Carson's best friend be supportive or will he make it a living hell?
12:51- Carson's has just finished lunch. He now heads up stairs to make that coming out phone call to his best friend.
When someone comes out for the first time it can often be hard, they can feel frustrated and scared of the reaction of the other. This often leads to them stuttering.
12:53- Toronto, Canada. Friend receives phone call.
RingRing! RingRing! RingRing! He picks up after the third Ring!
Friend: 'hello Carson!'
Carson: 'hello friend, do you have a minute?'
Friend: 'I will always have a minute for you Carson'.
Carson: 'aw, thank you friend!'
Carson: 'anyways friend! I have something to tell you'.
Friend replies enthusiastically;
Friend: 'Yes Carson! What is it?'
Carson replies with a stuttering tone with tears dropping from his eyes as he prepares to tell his best friend that he is gay.
Carson: w..e..ll we..ll jj..ohnny I I I just wanted to say...
Johnny: yes Carson! What is it? Why are you stuttering?
Carson then hangs up the phone! Breaking into tears, crying is heart out as he lies face flat on the bed.
At first if you don't succeed try again.
As time moved on... Carson had rested for a few hours and was prepared once again for the phone call.
This time Carson made the phone call and swore that nothing could stop him.
RingRing RingRing RingRing...Johnny eventually answers;
Johnny: 'Hello Carson!'
Carson: 'Hi Johnny!'
Carson: 'I phoned you earlier hoping to tell you something important but I hanged up. Do you remember?'
John: 'Yes I remember!'
John: 'Well, what was it?'
Carson: 'Do you promise not to tell anyone?'
John: 'I promise!'
After a long pause Carson responds.
Carson: 'It's taken me a lot time and thinking but today... today I've finally decided to say it.'
Johnny: 'what is it?'
Carson: 'I'm gay!'
Carson then hangs up the phone, questioning what he just did. Not knowing if he should be happy or sad.
