I feel like what's holding me back from being able to lose weight is that fact that I constantly look back at the past.

Blaming myself for 'letting myself go'.

Allowing myself to get up to 152 lbs.

For not following a plan that'd work, only if I had self control.

Reminiscing over the fact I lost a lot of weight during grade 8, although my methods were wrong.

It feels weird to acknowledge it. But I know that by acknowledging, it shows that I'm willing to let go and move forward.
