Addy was reading in bed when she heard Sebastian unlock the door and drop his keys on the table. He went straight into the bathroom and she heard the shower run. Once he was down, before joining her she heard him open Lexie's door and check on her quickly.
"Did I wake you?" He asked, collapsing onto the bed in his bathrobe. She smiled and brushed his wet hair off his forehead.
"No, I was just reading. How was your day?" She asked slipping her book mark in.
Sebastian propped himself up on his elbow, his other hand rubbing her stomach, "It was good, we got a lot of filming done. How are you? Are you feeling alright?" Concern colouring his voice.
"I'm fine, and look, I'm starting to show, just a little." She pulled up her top, showing the tiniest of baby bumps.
He smiled as he rubbed it, "How big is it now?"
She pulled a fetal growth chart out from the night stand, "Fourteen weeks, about the size of a lemon. Seb, I was thinking, there won't be enough room here once the baby comes. I think we need to find a new place." She said. She felt sad at the idea of moving, this was the place where Lexie grew up, and Addy didn't want to leave it behind, but she knew it was time.
"I'm off tomorrow, we could start looking around." He said sleepily, he struggled to keep his eyes open. She flicked the light off and kissed his cheek.
"Love you." She whispered, pulling the blanket up over her herself.
He yawned and pulled off his robe, settling himself into the bed properly, "Love you too."
The smell of breakfast cooking woke Addy up. With her eyes still closed she patted the other side of the bed for Sebastian, confused that he wasn't there.
The door creaked open and Sebastian came in with a mug full of tea. "Good morning gorgeous." He breathed in her ear. "It's time to wake up, we have a busy day ahead of us."
She groaned, not wanting to open her eyes but Sebastian won when he started placing soft kisses on her neck.
Addy reluctently got out of the bed and got dressed. She was feeling large, even though her belly was barely there. She grabbed one of Sebastian's hoodies off the floor and wrapped herself in it then she searched for her yoga pants, knowing that her jeans would feel tight.
"Hello." She said awkwardly, realizing that they were not alone in the apartment. Chris Evans was seated next to Lexie, eating pancakes.
"Morning." He said, neither him or Sebastian offering any explanation. She shot Sebastian a look and he cleared his throat.
"Chris is going to watch Lexie so we can go look around. So she doesn't get bored." He explained as Addy helped herself to some pancakes.
"We're going to the zoo!" Lexie said. Addy smiled and kissed Lexie's forehead before sitting. Chris was Lexie's favourite babysitter and she always had tons of fun with him.
Sebastian and Addy walked hand in hand away from the last apartment on their list. They had gone through so many, but none of them were what they were looking for. Defeated, they decided to get something to eat.
After ordering Addy sighed and looked up to say something to Sebastian, but stopped when she realized he had something on his mind.
"What are you think about?" She prodded.
"What if we bought a house?" He asked, Addy was shocked.
"Seb, buying a house is a big deal. It's a huge commitment."
"Bigger than having a baby?" He retorted. "Addy, I'm not going anywhere. I want to be with you, and I think a house would be the right place to raise kids."
Addy wasn't sure if the tears in her eyes were from the hormones or just from his declaration of love. "Fine, we can also look at houses."
"Can we also take about getting married?" He teased. She rolled her eyes, and he smiled. "I'm kidding." He said, winking.
