Elaboration: One will know when they will meet, while the other will know where.
Imagine Person A knowing that they'll meet at the park near their house, so they go there desperately trying to find them everyday. Person B knows that they'll meet in a week, but they have no idea where they should be looking for A.
You'll know when you've met your soulmate when you're close to them and you suddenly know the other part of how you'll meet; if you knew the when, now you'll know the where, and vice versa.
