Your POV

I elbow Nash slightly, and he elbows back harder. I'm honestly not even listening to what Hayes is saying, I think it's something about going outside. Soon Nash and I are elbowing each other so hard, it's beginning to hurt. I never like to lose though, so I keep going. With one last push, I FINALLY cause Nash to stumble, throwing my hands up in the air and shouting, "VICTORY!!!!!!" What I didn't realize was that this was the perfect opportunity for Nash to get payback. He shoves me hard in the stomach, causing me to crash directly into...guess who...Hayes. Nash is dying, Hayes has this completely surprised but a little annoyed look on his face, and I'm probably cherry red.
"Nash, that's so mean! You could've hurt her!"
I took that opportunity to smirk at Nash, silently hoping I didn't have a bright red face. He just smirked back, and said, "Pa-lease. That girl can't get hurt by anything, she's probably more of a wrecking ball than anything else."
I jump out of Hayes's arms and tackle Nash, but being careful not to hurt him cause after all, we were just messing around! Hayes didn't seem to think so, and he pulled us apart.
We both start making faces at each other, and finally Hayes understands it's just a joke. He starts laughing, eventually giving me that grin......and once again, I melt.
"Sooo I'm sorry-"
"No she's not." Nash interrupted.
"Nash, shut up. We weren't listening to you when you were giving us suggestions on what to do, so what'd you have in mind?"
When I look at Hayes, I find he's still laughing. But when I look around, I can't find Nash...come to see he's been right behind me, making faces and imitating me talking. I laugh and smack his arm, turning around to look back at Hayes.
"Um, I was thinking we could have a Nerf gun battle. Nash told me you're a pretty good shot, and it'd probably keep us busy for the next couple hours, what do you guys think?"
Before I can even say yeah, I get shot in the back!!! I can hear Nash laughing like a maniac, and I turn around to see him on the staircase with two nerf guns pointed at me and Hayes. Nash starts shooting as much as he can, and I drag Hayes behind a wall right underneath the stairs. He begins to ask me why I took us here, because it's a dead end. But I put my finger to my lips, and he stops. As quiet as Nash is trying to be, I can still hear him coming down the stairs. Once he gets down, he turns into the hallway we were hiding in, and right as he's about to jump out and start shooting, I jump out and swipe the nerf guns out of his hand. I give one to Hayes, and we both team up on Nash.
"Hey!!! That's not how it's supposed to go!" Nash complained.
"Awwww, did Nashie not get his wayyyy? Does he need a hug?" I teased, both Hayes and I making baby faces and puppy eyes at Nash.
"Yeah, I want a hug." He joked, coming towards us. I knew what he was doing, acting like he was giving us hugs, but really he was gonna try to steal the guns back. Hayes completely fell for it, going towards Nash, which I couldn't believe! But right as Hayes was about to hug Nash, he pulled back and shot Nash in the stomach, causing him to get his wind knocked out. Hayes spun around and grabbed my hand, dragging me upstairs to where they kept all the nerf guns. We took as many as we could, putting some in pockets and stuffing them in our jeans. Forgetting all about Nash, we opened the door to him standing right in front of us, with two nerf guns pointed right at our faces.
I acted like I was gonna run left but then dodged right, and Nash got so confused that he shot to my left, right where Hayes was standing. It smacked him straight below his eye, and because those guns can soar up to 90 feet the impact 1 foot away was pretty hard. Hayes yelled and fell down, I leaned down to help him, and Nash ran away laughing.
"Do you want ice?? It's pretty red!" I asked, trying to help as best I could.
"Yeah, just go into the kitchen, and the ice is on the middle shelf of the freezer."
"Ok, I'll be right back."
I take a couple guns just in case Nash didn't think it was over, and ran downstairs. Getting the ice was easy, but I couldn't find the Ziplock bags to put some in. I searched through every cabinet they had, and nothing. Finally I gave up and wrapped the ice in a towel and started going back upstairs.
When I saw Hayes, I screamed.
