Love never dies (Camren)

Lauren POV

I was helping my mom carry boxes into our new house. It was quite a big house and my younger brother and sister seemed to like it.
I'd miss my old house, and my old friends, but my mom and dad seemed to like it here and I guess I'd adjust to things soon.
"Hey guess what?" My mom said as she passed my dad a box to take into the house.
"What?" I asked taking the final box from the car.
"A family a few doors down, the Cabellos, I talked to them this morning and they are lovely. They're also going out tonight, and asked if you'd mind going over to help their oldest daughter babysit their youngest." I smiled at the thought of nice neighbours already.
"Sure sounds fun. Besides, I have Nothing else to do, since I sort of have no friends, and I don't fancy staying in the house with Taylor and Chris all night." I said laughing.
"Good because i already told them you would anyway. They're literally the third house down, and they want you to be down for 7pm tonight." My mom smiled as she walked towards the front door of our new house.

Camila POV

"The new family's daughter will be here to help you Camila, please don't start complaining now." My mom said sternly as she was getting ready to go out. "What? How do you know she's not a murderer?!" I complained even more.
It's not that I didn't want to spend time with my little sister, because I loved her more than anything, she was my whole world, it's just that I'd already made plans with Dinah, Normani and Ally. And now I'd have to cancel on them.
"Camila stop being so immature. She's around your age, and besides, you spend almost everyday with your friends. Just make the neighbours daughter feel welcome while me and your mother are out." My dad told me, annoyed with my behaviour.
I sighed loudly and took out my phone.

Sorry, can't make it tonight, have to babysit Sofi. Don't have too much fun with out me!

"Can you put that thing away for 2 seconds?" My mom said as she grabbed her jacket, and my dad grabbed his keys.
"I was cancelling my plans! I couldn't leave them hanging. Now that would be rude." I explained, shoving my phone into my pocket.
"Right well, the neighbours daughter should be here very soon, remember be nice, she probably hasn't made any friends yet, and I'm sure she's lovely. You never know, you two might just end up best friends." My dad laughed before he and my mom left.

I sat my sister in front of the TV watching Finding Nemo as I heard a knock at the door.
I ran to the door and opened it, and in front of me stood a girl with the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen.
"Hi...Um I'm Lauren, I'm the neighbours daughter, your mom wanted me to help babysit tonight..." She explained awkwardly.
I heard everything she said, but I couldn't bring myself to reply, instead staring into her eyes, admiring her beautiful features. She was gorgeous.
"Uh. Your mom did tell you I was coming right? This is the Cabellos house?" She asked, with a worried expression.
"Uh, yeah, sorry. Come in, nice to meet you. I'm Camila." I told her shaking her hand. She came in and we sat down on the sofa, watching Finding Nemo with my little sister. We talked about Lauren first, and then me. She seemed really nice, and although I'd always been straight, I couldn't help admiring how beautiful Lauren was.

Lauren POV

I felt awkward...Camila was so beautiful, with amazing brown eyes and long, silky brown hair. She kept staring at me and I got this weird feeling that she didn't like me.
"So, you didn't mind me coming tonight did you? I'm sorry if you do but I didn't have a choice. Your mom asked my mom and my mom didn't even ask me. She didn't even tell me until this morning. I know I'm probably not like any of your friends, and if it was my choice I wouldn't have intruded-"
She cut me off before I could finish.
"Hey, no I'm happy you came. I had to cancel plans with my friends so, I thought I'd be lonely. Besides, your really funny." Camila said laughing. I looked down, and I'm sure I was blushing.
"Camila, I'm tired." Sofi said as the credits rolled.
Camila stood up and picked her up.
"Come on let's get you to bed." Camila said, lifting her up. They were the cutest sisters ever.
"I'll be right back." Camila said winking. I laughed at how cute she was.
