The Deathly Shadow

Chapter 1

Hello my name is J. It's the first letter of my real name. I won't be giving out any other information beside my age and what I look like and my story. As you know my name is J, I have black hair, bright blue eyes that always shine,I'm currently 17 years old, and I live in a small town that will not be named for safety purposes only. You will find out as you read along my story. Let's start at the beginning of my day. It was October 12, 3045. My day started off like a normal day. I woke up, got ready for school, and left soon after that. While I walked to school I had a weird feeling. Pushing it aside I continue to walk my way to school. Halfway throughout the day I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach it wasn't a good one. I kind of shrugged it off and just wanted to go home. *RINGGGGGGG*
Finally I can go home. I grab my stuff out of my locker and start to walk out of the school. Before I even walked out my name was being called. It was my friend who I am going to name Gracie for safety purposes. She had asked me to stay at her house tonight because we had to work on a project together that was due soon. I told her I needed to go home and grab my stuff then I'd be at her house. When I arrived home I got all my things, and I said goodbye to my mother. The only reason I agreed to go to Gracie's house and not mine was because I haven't seen her mom in a long time. Plus her house is quiet while mine is loud because my mom blasts music. Anyways I'm off topic. That feeling I had earlier had returned. I didn't like this feeling it was like something Bad was gonna happen. I thought about turning back and going home, but I didn't because I knew that Gracie was expecting me to be at her house. Gracie only lived 15 minuets away so it wasn't a long walk. When I arrived at her house I knocked on the door. Gracie's mother answer and smile at me. She told me to come in and that Gracie was in her room to just go on up. I walked up the steps of her house and knocked on Gracie's door. When she didn't answer I assumed she may have been in the restroom so I walked in. When I did this I found Gracie looking at a corner smiling and talking to her wall? Weird... I call out her name multiple times, and she didn't move. I even shook her, and she didn't move. I backed away and went to walk out the door but before I could reach it the door slammed shut. I tried to open it but I couldn't. It was like the door was locked. It was weird because the lock is on the inside not the outside. I turn around to see Gracie starring at me with a grin. It was a really creepy grin. I walk up to her again and try to shake her. All she would do was stair at me and repeat the same thing over and over.
