~Chapter 9~ Defiance

And... i am here.... so soon.... wah wah...! 

Okay okay... So yes... i am trying to write everyday, as i promised in last update... plus i am not keeping well too... I feel tired all day... but still I am writing for you all... So show some love to the writer.... Come on TUF's fans...

The next time my eyes opened, I hurriedly sat straight reminding myself of being alone with Manik.

I found myself not where I slept last night, but near to the fire which was got cool by now. I looked around and saw Manik sleeping on the other side of the fire.

Did he get me here? Why?

I looked out and saw bright sunny light and the storm from last night was now settled down. But no the storm inside my heart, it was still going on.

I looked at Manik again. Why we did that Manik? Why did you not stop me? Whatever it is... I know it's not just me who feels but you also. But that's so so wrong.

We can't feel anything for each other.

My eyes stayed at him as he slept there carelessly. His hairs little out of the place. Two buttons of his shit was open and I could clearly see his chiselled chest. I felt it last night. I caressed there. I kissed there.

I gulped remembering the last night's fiasco.

I saw his lips a little open, must be snoring lightly. His pink thin lips. A part of me wants to join those lips to my lips but a big part of me knows that if that would have happened, we could have crossed the line.

I looked away instantly. No Coco... you have to stay away from him. Yes.

I looked at him for the last time and that's when he turned and rubbed his eyes rapidly before settling his eyes to the ceiling. And in sudden moment he was all up and glanced at me. I looked away and tucked my hair behind my ears nervously.

This is so awkward and embarrassing.

"Ehh... You were... Shivering... last night... So I just..."

"Let's go... Everyone must be waiting for us." I cut him in between and stood up. I dusted my clothes and started walking.

I felt him walking behind me. Without looking back or sparing any glance to him nearly completely ignoring him I kept walking and walking.

The way towards out was easy to find in daylight. And as expected in just half an hour of walk, we reached towards the tent area where our fellow batch mates were seated.

Someone noticed us and yelled "Coco aur Manik aa gaye... Sir.. Sir.... Nandini and Manik are here." And she ran towards one of the tent.

I stood there glancing at everyone. I felt him standing just beside me.

I saw our friends running towards us along with professor Rohan.

Alia immediately came running to me and hugged me. I hugged her back and felt like crying.

"Where were you? You know how much worried did you make me last night..." She spoke almost yelled but sweetly, worriedly.
