Dear reader may I remind you that everyone and everything is not as it seems. You may be able to look at people in the room but no one is as they seem. Everyone is a person they want to be but here and there we see what is underneath. A sign of kindness could be the rose on your grave.

She sat there with headphones in not talking to anyone, or maybe that no one was talking to her. She loved to talk to people but then again everyone likes a friend. She sees the potential in everyone what's the point in putting bad on others. There is enough evil being born into the world every day. The beat plays in her ears and heart. Music has a special effect on people like nothing else. Friendships could be made over simple rhythms and melodies its something that everyone like and hears differently.

The light sound of the bell rings in the back of her mind telling her to leave. Her stomach was empty besides for a water that she was able to buy with some lunch money. She had been deep in her own thoughts for so long she seemed to almost float along the floor. I would she look at her beauty from afar she would have never known who I was. The tapping of the keys as a small piece of hair falls in from of her face. Her beauty was unmatched I had never seen anyone like her. I knew everything she liked but lately, there was a sadness in her eyes. She looks down more and started typing more almost trying to run away from the world around her. Those green eyes would stare emotionless at that screen that only God knows what she's typing. We used to be friends but then high school happened and she changed so much but went back to the lovable drama club nerd. She would light up on that stage as she made jokes that everyone laughed at.  Some people really hated her for no reason but their own. Everyone at some point had taken their shot at her but that never changed her besides for her growing. She had a heart filled with love that she was willing to give to anyone. She had a good group of friends but you could she was hiding something.

I watched her walk down her street thinking about if I should call out her name and ask her to the dance coming up. I had a love for her but I don't know if it was friendly.

"Hey, do you have a minute Bella?" I said

Bella yelled back, "Yeah of course" She held on to the strap to her bag. It was battle green medical bag.

"So how have you been, we haven't talked in a long time"

She walked closer to me as we walked down her street "I've been good and sorry that we haven't talked in a long time. I guess when I was dating my ex I kind of stopped talking to everyone" There was a sadness behind that smile that she put forward. But there was a happiness that was around her. It was almost impossible for anyone to not smile at her.

"We should hang out sometime it'll be fun. Let me get your number I got a new phone so I think I lost your number." She ran into her house and grabbed a paper with her number and name on it. It was cute how she was bubbly and giggling all the time she gave off such a good vibe. I finished my walk home it wasn't far from her house. I knew she would be outside soon enough probably going to the park on her longboard. I made sure that I would be there when she was so we could talk again. She loved a couple material things these were her Cd's, longboard, and her med bag. She always had those things with her and she was going to have a car soon which I know she was excited about. I knew everything someone could about her. I had pictures of her on my nightstand I had taken some when I saw her downtown with a friend. I knew her probably better than she did, I loved everything she did.

ME: Hey wazup wanna meet up at the park?

B: Yeah sure let me grab my board.

I made sure I was there when she was I was going to ask her.

"Do you wanna go to the dance with me?" She seemed surprised.

"Sure it could be fun," She said with a smile that danced upon her lips. Her lips formed a cute smile that made my day. I was so worried that she would have said no but I would have never let her say no.

She was his everything and she was going to find out that evening.....

*Fast forward to that day* Bellas' pov

I would have never thought of him asking me to the winter formal. We haven't talked in so long I think I was almost three years. I had always seen him in the hallways but he had never said hi. I don't even remember him taking my bus.  Everything was so weird he started walking me home and leaving things at my door in the morning. Maybe this is what he thought was romance my mother thought it was cute, but I found it uncomfortable.  He seemed to know everywhere I'd be and what I would be doing every day. If I was running behind to somewhere he texted me and find my location. Everything was starting to be a little much to handle for me and things were becoming creepy. The gifts every morning and then the signs he was leave places I'd be. Thankfully the dance was tonight and I was able to cut things off after.

It was noon by the time my hair was in curlers and I had just started to apply my makeup. I preferred natural beauty compared to anything so I didn't change much. A small winged liner with a shimmer upon my cheekbones was accompanied by a crimson lip. My dress flowed in the wind like light rain everything was going perfectly. My heels touch the ground with the sweetest of taps. Kendyll walked over to my house so I could make finishing touches on her outfit. Altogether there were three girls and we waited for my date to arrive. We were all a bit nervous but that's why I invited a group of friends so if I needed anyone I would be safe.

*knock knock*

His demented smile filled the doorway that was something off about him tonight. The corners of his mouth turned up was a grim precession. His eyes seemed faded by lack of sleep almost side him there was the crisp air that cut like a knife. His hand was held up to take my ivory skin my dark nails blended in with the cotton fabric of his suit.

*looking on pov*

The night had just begun the girls were dancing and he was watching. He believed that no night would be better than this one. Bella danced like a fairy upon the fresh morning dew. Everyone was taken back by the boy that just sat and watched them.

The girls danced the night away until there was a slow dance. He grabbed her at the first chance and he grabbed with a strength of someone unwilling to let go. His fingertips pressed red marks in the soft skin his nails digging deeper. The smile reappeared on his face as she tried to loosen his grip. However, he only grabbed tighter her friends had left for a second and that when he saw his chance. Slow he pulled her away from the crowd of teens that watched. No one said a word but they all watched on.

"You shall love me forever"

The moonlight struck down from the sky windows above tears filled her eyes.

For that night moonlight had danced.
