New Beginnings

Luke's Pov

As I sit in the car with my parents I look back at the chaos that happened in my home town my mom begged for us to leave it was something that felt evil in that place,so I said goodbye to California and hello to Miami with my brother Cole oh yeah and we're in high school and I'm 18 and Cole is 17 it was something about this place that I knew it will be exciting.

It was 4:58 and we are nearing our new home, and as I look out my window to see a pear it looked nice and watching the colors of the pink and orange clouds reflect of the water looked amazing. We're here my mother said, we look out the window to see a house that almost resembles a mansion. O MY SHIT Cole shouted

Really Cole really our mother said as she rolled her eyes we got out the car and looked at the giant building

"Ehem"

We turn to see our new neighbors coming to greet us. Hello my name is Ruth Matthews and this is my husband rocky. It's a pleasure to meet you all her husband said as we got our things together our mom came to tell us that we start school tomorrow I'm kinda excited for it but it's school so yeah. I sat in my room listening to a song from the movie the greatest show man from now on when my mom called LUKE!! COLE!! TIME FOR DINNER she yelled from the kitchen we rush down to eat. After we finished I want back to my room the others say down stairs and watch tv I lie down on my bed and drifted off to sleep. I woke up at 3:00 am to a loud noise, I looked around to see what happened but then I saw something on my balcony.... It was a human figure just standing there I got up to go to it but when I got to my balcony doors it's eyes open to blood red eyes that glowed in the moon light It didn't attacked it just looked fascinated with me I-I didn't know why but then I heard my room door open and the humaniod opened it's eyes widely and instantaneously grow dragon like wings and flew off when I turn it was Cole sleep walking I helped him back to bed and I went to bed with the person or whatever he was on the balcony on my mind as I drift off to sleep again.
