chapter 9

I walked to the usual spot were masky said my dad is supposed to be. As I was walking, it felt like somebody was watching me again. I sighed and kept walking. A few minutes later I reached the usual spot and saw dad. As I was walking up to him, I saw him rip someone apart and I listened to them scream in agony, which made me smile like a crazy person.....oh wait, I am crazy!!! Hahaha. I tapped on my dads shoulder and he turned around wiping the blood off his face and hands. "Hello Darla, what brings you here?". "Well, I was hoping that we can talk". I said while looking away.
         "Is everything alright?". He asked sitting me down on the ground, then sitting infront of me. "I dont know. Im jist confused right now". I said lowering my head. "Well, what is it? Maybe I can help". He replied and I sighed. "Alright. Well when me and Jeff were at my old house and fell asleep. But when I woke up, he was talking to his brother Liu. But the thing is, is that Jeff killed him along with his parents. Plus the weirder thing is that Liu said that something bad will happen to Jeff if he continued to stay by my side; and Jeff keeps saying that he doesnt care". I told him, still trying to figure out what it means.
              Dad looked like he didnt know what to say. He took a few minutes before answering me. "I'll have to look into this matter for myself. Just dont worry about it for now, ok?". He said finally with a sigh, and I nodded. "Alright, but dad. Do you know why I keep getting the feeling of being watched as well?". I also asked him concerned. "You do? Hmm. Maybe its Zalgo or one of his followers. I'll keep a watch out, ok". He said with a slight annoyance in his tone and I nodded. Its rare that he gets annoyed, but what happened before, I wouldnt judge him.
                We both stood up and for me to go home and he'll be home in a little bit. I obeyed and started to head home. I was half way home until I bumped into something and fell back. I looked up and saw Lj, he was starring down at me with a angry expression. "Lj, whats wrong?". I said standing up, but as soon as I did, he slammed me against a tree. "What wrong with me!? Whats wrong with you!?". He yelled which made me jump slightly.
              "Lj, what are you talking about?". I asked confused. He was never this angry with me before. What happened?? "You know very well what youve done!" He yelled and I shook my head and said that I really didnt. "Youre so blind, you know that?" He calmed down slightly and looked hurt. "Huh? What are you talking about?" I asked still confused. Next thing I knew, he had his hand wrapped around my neck. "L...J.....l-let.....go" I strained out the words as he was tightening his grip.
                 I felt like i was going to pass out. As soon as my vision was going black, I fell to the ground and heard Lj scream in pain. "How dare you do that to her!" I heard someone yell. Jeff? But where did he come from? "If she wont leave you. Then I cant have her, and if i cant have her. Nobody can!" Lj yelled and darted towards Jeff with a knife.
                I didnt think, I just moved and pushed Jeff out of the way. Once I pushed him out of the way. Lj stabbed me instead. I looked at Lj and he looked at me in shock. "Darla!" Jeff yelled. I fell to the ground breathing heavily. A little stab wound shouldnt kill me, right? I looked at Jeff and smiled slightly. "Ill be fine...ok?" I said weakly and he shook his head. I sighed and tried to use my telekinesis to call for my father quickly.
                  When I opened my eyes to see Jeff grab Lj. "Jeff, stop it!" I tried to yell. As soon as Jeff was about to hit Lj, someone pulled them apart. It was my dad and Aunt Slena. Aunt Slena ran to me and picked me up. "You boys are in so much trouble!" Dad yelled and picked the guys up. Dad and Aunt Slena teleported us to the infirmary were nurse Ann is.
                   "Ugh, I feel quezzy." I said trying not to throw up. Of your injured and teleport somewhere, youll feel sick; and it sucks. "Sorry sweetie." Aunt Slena said laying me on the bed. "Its alright" I said as nurse Ann came over. "Now what did you do this time?!" She sighed and I looked over to the boys. She just nodded and go to work.
