Her blonde hair was picked up by the harsh wind, and it flowed over her pale face. Her blue eyes widened in fear as the darkness began to consume her petite frame. The never ending dark abyss swallowed her whole, with no way out, as she fell farther from where her feet once stood. Down, down she fell until she took her final breath, the overwhelming feeling of dread surrounded her body but if only for a moment. As if in slow motion, her lifeless body finally landed with a loud thud at the bottom. The necklace that held the power to save them broke to pieces beside her, and it was too late.
