Chapter 27

Lost

3rd Person POV

It's been a week since Juliet and Romeo's argument. Now, Juliet is eating salad beside him at the cafeteria planning for the upcoming Valentines day.

"Do you think Trix would like chocolates and roses?"asked Romeo.

" Chocolate and roses are too typical, think of another one." Juliet suggested.

Romeo's head started to ache thinking of a perfect gift for Trix. "How about a beautiful hairpin?" She suggested.

"Are you a grandma or what?"

"A beautiful hairpin with her favorite flower on it." she said dodging Romeo's question.

"Why hairpin?"

"I don't know, I guess... hairpin symbolizes many things in my eyes ". Juliet said without noticing the words she just said.

"oo-kay..."

*bell ring*

"Well, I need to go to class now, you know, Algebra, Mrs. Webster." He said

"Yeah, Bye! See you later." She waved at him, stood up from her seat and proceed to her next class.

JulietPOV

I am in deep thought thinking of the upcoming Valentines day. Did I just suggest to Romeo that he should give Trix a hairpin?! Ugh, I'm so lost right now. Like really lost, I'm not even paying attention to Mr. Carlton discussion! 

"Okay class, I have a big announcement!" Mr. Carlton said.

"You all know prom am I right?"

"Of course!" all the girls in our class screamed excitingly.

"I want Ms. Hernandez to coordinate with the principal for the preparation for our prom". I was so deep in thoughts that I didn't heard what Mr. Carlton said, I just remember he called me. Now, the whole class, is questionably starring at me.

"Um, What did you say Mr. Carlton again? " I asked again. I can see Mr. Carlton frowning at me for not listening at him during class. 

"You are to be, organizing the prom this year!" He remarked.

"What?! Isn't the president of student council, Gwen is in-charge of it? " 

"Gwen couldn't plan for prom because her family is leaving already in 1 month!"

"I'm so sorry sir, I'll do my best." Juliet chuckled while Mr. Carlton continued his discussion.

~after classes~

"Juliet!" I heard Abigail called me. She went towards me and said "I heard you're going to plan for the prom! So what's our theme for prom?"

"Um, I don't know yet." she replied

"Ohhh, let me help you then."

"Sure."

With that me and Abigail walked together talking about prom, we both went in our separate ways and waved goodbye. I don't know what's happening to me right now, I'm so lost. I decided to go the secret place where me and Romeo used to go when we were young. (I hope you still remember the secret place ;))

I sat on the edges of the lake and dip my feet there making my whole body calm and relax. I stayed there for like 5 mins when I heard someone walking near the lake. I alerted myself and heard footstep from my right side. "Whose there?" I asked nervously.

Still, no response. My heart starts to go crazy, I don't know what's gonna happen. I immediately dialed Romeo, but he hanged up. My whole vision started distorting then the last thing I saw is total darkness... am I blind?! I asked myself... No...

RomeoPOV

I am seating beside my girlfriend watching movies when my phone vibrated. I immediately grab my phone and looked at the caller. 

"Who is it?" Trix asked.

"It's Juliet."

"Just leave her be. We are in the middle of watching movie." She whispered.

I immediately  hanged up. That's weird. I wonder what's going on.

I contacted her after watching  but Juliet isn't answering. Weird. I called her again but, I can't reach her. Maybe I'll call her later.

It's already 10:00 pm and I decided to dial Juliet's number again. Still, I can't contact her... wait, did her phone just got stolen?! I immediately drive down towards their house when my phone started to ring. I looked at it and it was Juliet's mom.

Mrs. Hernandez:

-Hello, Romeo?

Romeo:

-Yes, Mrs. Hernandez?:

Mrs. Hernandez:

-Is Juliet with you right now? I contacted all of her friends I thought their out right now but it seems like they don't know where Juliet is.

Romeo:

-Wait, Juliet is Missing?!

Mrs. Hernandez:

-She's not with you?!

Romeo:

-She's not with me, She dialed me when me and Trix are watching movies but later on, I contacted her she's not answering even now, I thought she's there in the house or her phone got lost but she is missing?!

Mrs. Hernandez:

-*sobbing*

Romeo:

-I'm on my way there.

~end of call~

Where could she be?! Where is my Juliet?

A billion sorry to all of you guys! I know you've all waited for me to update this next chapter! Pls forgive me! I just need to reflect (I didn't do anything wrong tho) and recollect myself again. I hope you understand me as human being. I am also sorry for like a crap writing from my previous chapters (I m so ignorant before that I couldn't check my grammar if it's correct).... I hope you continue to support this book, because it's coming to an end.... (maybe a few more chapters)...
