Time

2 1 0

Time brings into birth
All living things on earth
Creatures great or small
Depends upon time's call

A caterpillar anxiously waits in its cocoon
Hoping that the time will come soon
When it bursts its trappings and with newfound wings
And flys away with the confidence that freedom brings

An expectant mother nervously counts the days
Before she can see her precious one's face
Till finally her water breaks
And a leap into this world her baby takes

Where does time come from?
Where does it go?
The answer to these questions
Nobody knows!
