Min Yoongi's night had been terrible. A bad breakup over call, many cups of coffees, and many, many regrets. He simply couldn't think of a worse night, or a worse morning. He quietly walked to school, looking down at the ground the entire time, lost in all of his thoughts. None of them good. He lived alone, having moved out once he could, so he had no one to walk to school with.

"Just...one more year. I can do it." He said aloud, simply to convince himself. As he entered the school grounds, he went on his way to his first class.

~

Jung Hoseok had started his day wonderfully. He just got promoted, and he felt like today was going to be good. Which, when you're in college, you don't get as many of those days as you'd hope for. He was walking to his last class for the day, since morning classes were preferred. He walked cheerfully, looking around at the campus, as he often did. He walked until he bumped into a smaller guy, one he barely saw in time, and could only avoid him enough for them to not fall.

~

Yoongi bumped into the taller male, having not looked up the entire time. He dropped one of the two books he carried, and simply stared at it. His anger boiled up as he slowly looked up at the person he walked into. He was so...happy. He was so happy it made him more upset. Why couldn't he be happy right now? What gave this man the right to be cheery? What gave this person the right to look so good while smiling too?

"I am so sorry about that. I was just looking around yet again, but lemme help you with tha-" but he couldn't say any more, as his nose collided with the others fist. He fell backwards.
"Oww!! What in the world was that for?!" Hoseok held his nose, feeling blood pour out of it. "Did I do something wrong?" He asked like it was his fault.

Yoongi realized what he did a second too late. "How can he think it's his fault? Now I feel even worse." He thought to himself. "I'm...I'm so sorry, I don't know what got over me. Let me help you to the nurse?" He held his hand out, hoping he would take it. "Do we even have a nurse?"

Luckily for Yoongi, the other took his hand and got up, one hand on his nose. "It's really bleeding hard...I'm really sorry."

"I'm sure you had your reasons...but that was really hard..."

"I'm really the worst person." Yoongi said mostly to himself, the other hearing him, having remembered last night yet again. He picked up his book, sighed quietly, and started walking to the office. He could hear the other walking slightly behind him, maybe to give him space, maybe because he was afraid of him, maybe because he didn't want to talk to him. He walked up to the nurses door and knocked, then entered. Hoseok followed, still holding his bloody nose. The nurse hurried over to look at his nose, cleaning it up and doing her job. She went to her desk afterwards, putting her earbuds back in, completely ignoring them.

They left the room and saw the time, seeing how their classes were almost over. Yoongi bought the other a drink from a vending machine, and they sat down on a bench, waiting for their next classes. They watched the campus. The people walking and biking, and the nature around them. They watched till Yoongi decided to talk. "I'm really sorry still. I didn't mean to and you didn't deserve it. So I'm really sorry." Yoongi apologized.

"Don't worry about it, everyone gets upset sometimes. I'm sure the punch wasn't meant for me." He glanced at Yoongi, hoping to break the ice a little more. It still felt awkward. "So what's your name? I'm Jung Hoseok."

"Min Yoongi. And I'm still upset at myself, so again, I'm sorry."

"Well, please stop being sorry, because it's annoying. Wait, Min Yoongi? Like, the Min Yoongi? Holy f-wait how did I not know you went here?" Hoseok was very confused.

"Well...I take night classes usually because it's less people. I know people only know me because of who I date but uh...we broke up last night." He stopped there, no longer angry about the situation. He felt nothing. "Yeah, we broke up..."

"Oh, sorry to hear that...you think you'll get more attention because of it?" Hoseok felt bad for the other, mainly because he knew how that felt. When people give you a bigger spotlight when you break up then when you were together with someone.

"I hope not, but probably. I don't exactly think it'll go unnoticed." He thought the question was interesting. Not the first thing he'd have asked himself.

"Well...I hope you get good luck and it goes well. And I also hope you stop feeling bad about the breakup. Everything happens for a reason." Hoseok gave a small apologetic smile. "I also hope that we meet again. You seem like a good guy. And I'm usually free, if you ever need someone to talk to. Sometimes a little sunshine is good for even the palest of guys." He smiled, showing his sunshine like personality. He took a sip.

Yoongi watched him drink, and stared at him in awe. "This person is different then most people. Maybe I am a little bit lucky."

"Yeah, I hope we can meet again too. And I'm not that pale. I just go out at night mostly." He shrugged.

"So you're a vampire? I mean, you did say you go to night classes. Maybe you made me bleed on purpose." He smiled as he joked around.

"Well damn. I've been exposed." Yoongi smiled a little back. "Maybe his smile is contagious. Is that a good thing?"

"Then I should be more careful around you." He pulled up his jacket collar to cover his neck and laughed a little.

"Maybe you should be."

Hoseok smiled at him again. "Exactly. You're exactly how I thought you'd be. I have no idea why you broke up with her or why she broke up with you, but I don't understand. Seems like you'd be a great guy to be with." He brought his backpack out and rummaged through it, getting a piece of paper and a pencil. He wrote something down then passed it to Yoongi. "Don't be afraid to talk to me okay? Just please stop apologizing. It doesn't even hurt anymore. I'm usually free past 5pm, so call or text, I'll get back."

"...there's really no need for this, but thank you anyway..." He took the paper and looked at it, then put it in his pocket. "I mean...it might be nice to talk about it..."

"You don't have anybody to talk to it about? I'm sure you have someone to talk to it about." Hoseok asked, slightly concerned.

Yoongi looked at him for a second, then looked back down. "I only have two people, and one of them is always busy. So I only have one person, really."

"Well now you have me as well as them."

"Are you sure you really want that?"
