CARTERS P.O.V

I have to admit when I found out Amber liked me I was so happy inside I almost wanted to cry. I love her so much. The day went great! you know I bought her stuff and we talked, about pretty embarrassing things too! Then we saw Matt out at Subway and Amber turned white like a ghost.

"Amber you ok?" I asked looking at her facial expression.

"Yeah. Just fine" she says staring at her food.

"Let's go" I say trying to get her mind off things.

"Oh.. ok" she says giving in after a moment.

Once we got in the car she finally looked better. I was scared for life!

"Hey are you ok? You kinda like froze in there" I say backing out of the parking spot.

"Yeah, I just saw Matt and didn't expect it" She said looking out the window while turning up the radio.

"Oh ok" I say as I start singing at the red light.

"Leggo, yellow bottom jeans, yellow bottle sippin, yellow Lamborghini, yellow top missin!!!!" I yell while Amber laughs at me.

"Oh my god. Stop pleasee!" she says giggling.

"I thought you liked my singing Becky!" I said in a high pitched voice which made her laugh more.

"Noooo I don't" she says in the same tone while laughing.

"We are here!" I say getting out of the car and smelling the air.

"Ahhh" I say sniffling.

"Ew" Amber says after she sneezes 3 times and walks into the hotel.

"Allergies" I say in the elevator while she coughs.

"Yep" she says randomly taking a tissue and rubbing it against her nose.

"Oh my god grandma!" I say laughing while she drops her jaw open.

As her phone rings.

"Hello?" she says in the phone.

"Oh hey mom!" she says smiling.

"Oh" she says as her face turns into a frown.

"Good or bad?" she asks worried.

"Oh, ok I will" she says frightened.

"Yeah, ok bye. Love you too" she says before hanging up and cries.

"No baby what's wrong?" I say walking to my room.

"My mom has bad news and she's telling me tomorrow morning" she says crying in my chest.

"Aww baby, you don't know the news yet!" I say trying to make things better.

"But I know it's bad news" she says whimpering.

"I'm here" I whisper as she cracks a slight smile.

"I love you" she whispers back.

"I love you too" I whisper and kiss her nose.

"Let's get some sleep because it's 10 and I'm so tired okay?" I say taking off my pants and get in bed.

"Okay." she says as I think of the Fault In our Stars.

As we both get in bed we cuddle and whisper for a while before she falls asleep.
