"JIWON!" Jiwon, jiwon, jiwon." Why was my name being repeated so much?

And like that, by the snap of my fingers, I was hit with it all. She could sit all day and I would never get bored of looking at her. The way she fidgeted in her seat as she talked about what she loved. I loved especially whenever she was upset at me. She really made me happy. Finally happy.
"Jiwon! Give it back! I'm almost done" I held the puzzle piece high in the air so she couldn't reach. It wasn't much of a stretch with her height. She had been in the living room working on a 5000 piece puzzle and I held the last part.
"It's not funny! Ive worked on it all day let me finish it!" The way she pouted made me tease her more. I cupped her cheeks making her pout more.
"Say.the.magic.word." I squeezed her cheeks after each word making her roll her eyes.
A smile crept at the corner of her lips, "please" I waited a little lowering my arm to her, "here-"
As she reached I pulled back,"SIKE" I stuck my tongue out making her laugh at how childish I was being.
"UGH KIM JIWON GIMME IT BACK!!!" She grabbed the sofa cushion, chunking it at me.
"Missed!" It only made her try harder. I think that's what made me fall in love with her. Why I became her best friend. Why I became hers. She was a hard worker, she always put in so much effort. Even when she would say," I totally half assed it" I knew she didn't.
I'm out high school days she would use that excuse a lot, but from the dark circles and continuous yawns, I could tell she stayed up for hours finishing assignments. Even after high school and as adults, she's still the same.
"Do you really want it back?" I asked, waving the last piece around in the air, smirking evilly at her.
"What do you want" she folded her arms. I put the piece in my pocket, running to her. I grabbed her shoulder lightly, " let's go somewhere!"
"And do what? DIE? Let's just stay in doors" one thing about her I could never change was how she hated going out. She hated being around people and doing activities. She loved cuddling indoors and watching a good movie or series.
"Babe, come on! Trust me you're going to want to come" She wasn't buying it. I pulled her closer kissing her cheeks, nose, forehead, and lips. She giggled underneath me, lightly tapping me to stop.
"Okay, okay I'll go" I pulled her arm to run to the place I wanted to take her. She had been asking for this for so long, I thought why not.
"JIWON! JIWON!!" I shook my head, why was there someone screaming my name? Why was it Rome? She was standing next to me perfectly calm. The streets we were walking were quiet as well. I ignored whatever it was to lead her.
"LEO I WANT TO NAME HIM LEO!" I had never seen her eyes light up so brightly before, but that's a lie. She's always shining so brightly, sun himself is embarrassed.
Without hesitation, I asked he worker how much the dog was. Price didn't matter to me, Romelyns happiness was priceless to me.
"OH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANk YOU SO MUCH JIWON YOURE THE BEST BOY FRIEND EVER" I bent down so she could kiss me and hug my neck.
All I ever want is for her to smile. To smile like this all day, all week, month, year, forever. To forever be happy.
"JIWON!" There it was again! I looked over to see Rome petting our new dog Leo. Why did I keep hearing her shout at me?
"Babe?" Hmmm she responded, unalarmed. It was so strange it made no sense.
I looked around to see the people look back at me too. It was weird, like everyone's eyes were on me and me alone.
