Taehyung

You carry on roaming around the store alone until your eyes fall upon the perfect costume,it was shapeless and you would feel comfortable in it. You carry it to the cashier and watch her look at your costume with amusement. Yeah, it was weird but you loved it.

"That'll be 28$.", the cashier states in a uninterested voice. You give her the money and take the costume. Now, it was time to get ready at home.

You were meant to meet your boyfriend at this HUGE Halloween party bash at 19:30. You decide to take a nap and set an alarm for 17:30. That should be enough time...

*beep beep beep*
You groan while slowly rolling over, wiping at the dry drool on your cheek. 'How graceful of me', you think to yourself. You lazily walk over to your bathroom to have a quick shower. After the shower is done, you put lotion on and do your hair.

Excitedly, you slip into your costume, instantly greeted by the soft cotton. Damn, tonight was gonna be so comfortable, you smile to yourself, applauding your excellent decision. Since the costume needed minimal work you finished early. You grabbed the house keys and started your walk to the party.

You arrived there at around 19:25, kinda punctual as per usual. You awkwardly wander around until you finally catch sight of your boyfriend, you run up to him, enveloping him in a bear hug. He stiffens slightly under your touch, you look up at him, slightly hurt.

"Hey babe," you say to him," how do you like my costume?", you twirl around a bit.

"What are you wearing?!", he looks at you shocked, taking a step back. You notice that he's still wearing his Joker costume. You look down slightly ashamed.

"I thought you would like it since it's unique and al-", you get cut off by him.

"The one time I need you to look good, you do this?", he hisses at you under his breath. By now, several people were staring at the two of you. You feel tears starting to well up in your eyes, you didn't think he would react this badly.

"I-I'm sorry, I t-thought-"

"Well, you thought wrong. Really, Y/N, you look pathe-"

"I think that's enough.", the same low voice from earlier interrupted. Taehyung!

"And who are you?", your boyfriend -soon to be ex- questioned.

"Y/N's Prince Charming.", he smiled over at you. He pulled you away from your (ex)boyfriend. You sit down on a bench, away from the party.

"My Prince Charming, huh?"

"Y-yeah, I thought you might have needed one.", he looked down slightly blushing.

"Thank you for that, back there. I don't know what came over him. But I'm glad that you were there to save me."

"You deserve better Y/N.", he said looking down, avoiding your gaze. "You deserve someone who would treat you like a princess."

"Hmmm...how about a certain prince perhaps?", you look at him. A grin spreads across his face.

"Really?!", he looks over at you ecstatic. You nod your head rapidly, smiling wide as well.

He quickly leans in and pecks your lips. Your mouth stands open, in shock.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't really thinking, it's just tha-", you cut him off by placing your lips on his.

"It's okay I really liked it...", you look down avoiding his eyes. He leans his forehead against yours.

"By the way, I think you look great."

Who knew Halloween could be this amazing?
