You run up the main stairs to work. Coffee was spilling out all over the place and you were having a hard time keeping your papers from flying away. Rushing in, you show the receptionist your badge and she nods. You run to the elevator, stepping in just before the door closes. "Good morning y/n." A voice says behind you. "Good morning Cas." You reply back, blushing. "Late morning?" He asks. "Would you like some help? I'm going to the third floor too." "Sure, thanks." He takes the papers and straightens them up. The door opens and the two of you step out, walking to your office. You open the door and he follows you in. He sets the papers down on your desk and walks over to the floor-to-ceiling windows. "New York is amazing to look at with this kind of view." He says. You walk over next to him. "Yeah. It really is." The two of you stare out over New York for a minute. "I should get going." Cas says. "Yeah." You say disappointed he has to leave. He walks to the door and opens it. "Would you like to go to lunch this afternoon? I hear there is a really good Chinese restaurant down the street." You sit down at your desk. "Sounds great. Noon-ish?" He smiles that adorable smile and your heart melts. "Sure. See ya then." He leaves and you continue with your day, the thought of having lunch with him keeps you going.
