Chap 1

Emily's POV
(A/N: this is A actual story its based of my best friends relationship they are at half a year now and I so ship the both of them)

Today was the first day of summer break and I was going to my dads. I didn't hate my dad I just didn't like some of the ways he acted he always had a short temper so it was easy to make him very mad and not even want to deal with you but he wasn't always a bad person there was good in him. As I'm packing all my stuff and getting ready to shove it into the back of my moms car my mom walks into my room and starts talking "Emily I'm gonna need you to watch over your sister and the first time he does anything to harm you guys tell" she ended with her hand pointing at me and I just nodded to get it over with. I walked out to put my stuff in the car when someone texted me. It was baylee of course she prob want me to come over I look at the text.

Baylee: Emily you know that Logan guy I liked back in middle school.

Me: Logan Hardwell, yeah why??

Bay: He asked me out and.....I SAID YES!!

Me: I still am a lonely Pringle huh?

Bay: You need to get a man. Maybe you'll meet one over the summer at your dads

Me: Maybe....

And with that conversation I had hoped for this summer. Like really big hopes I know wishing for something is stupid but I really did wish that this summer I would find someone.
