Chapter 27

                   Even though stuff is going on in the pack house; life still goes on and you still have to go to school.  After the talk with Aria; she stayed with Drake and spent the night. I think she needed the comfort after all she talked about.

                  I took a shower, changed into some skinny jeans and a purple V-neck. I now shook my hair out of the towel and began to brush it. I heard a knock on the door. "Come in!" I shouted putting my brush down. "Hey can I barrow some clothes for today?" Aria asked coming into my room.

                   "Yeah sure just look in my closet and see if you like anything. You can take a shower in my bathroom if you'd like. I don't think you want to smell like a dude using men shampoo", I smiled. She nodded and grabbed some jeans and a cute pink top. She went into my bathroom and closed the door. I turned back towards my vanity and applied some eyeliner, mascara, and a little face powder.

                  To finish off I applied some vanilla EOS chap stick. I grabbed my bag, phone, and headed downstairs. I walked into the kitchen to see my mom cooking breakfast like usual. "Good morning momma", I walked up to her and kissed her cheek. She smiled, "Good morning to you too. Go sit at the table with everyone else and I'll finish up breakfast". I nodded and walked into the dining room.

                 I saw Blake sitting next to Drake and dad next to him. I walked up to dad and gave him a kiss on the cheek as well. "Good morning daddy", I said sweetly. He looked up through his reading glasses, "What do you want?" "How did you know I wanted something?" I pouted. "Everyone knows when you want something",Blake added. "You always talk like a 5 year old wanting ice cream and you use your own little version of a puppy dog face", Drake grinned.

                "That must be something we have in common, Mr I want an Orange bubble", I sat down in the vacant seat next to Blake. "You still haven't taken me to dinner", Drake winked. I just rolled my eyes and looked at Blake. He had a confused expression, "Did I miss something?" "Yeah it was when you went to your soccer game", I shrugged my shoulders.

             "Anyway daddy can I have my credit card back?" I kept my pout. "I was wondering when you were going to ask and no you can't", he said. Drake snickered,"Why'd you get your precious credit card taken away?" I glared at him, "I spent to much money". "And that's exactly why you're not getting until you learn to control yourself", dad added. I groaned and folded my arms. Drake laughed and Blake just stared at me with amusement.

               Aria then came into the dining room with her wet brown hair. She smiled and walked up to Drake. She gave him a quick kiss and sat next to him. "Good morning", She said in her usual bubbly self. I'm glad she's back to normal; she looks better when she smiles. Mom then came in with her hands full of plates. She put plates in front of everyone then went back in the kitchen. She then came back out with a plates full of pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, biscuits, and sausage.

               My mouth immediately watered at the sight of food. Right when she set the plates of food down I grabbed 4 of everything and two handfuls of eggs. I ran out of room on my one plate so I went and grabbed two more plates from the kitchen. I put the rest of my food on the plates and smiled triumphantly. I looked up and 2 pairs of eyes were looking at me with their mouths open. Of course it was Aria and Drake. My family just carried on with their food they were used to me eating like this.

                  "What?", I asked stuffing two pieces of bacon in my mouth. "How are you not fat?" Aria asked finally closing her mouth. "I like a women who can eat", Blake smiled. I swallowed my food and smiled back. "Aria I'm a wolf, I can't get fat", I pointed out. She just nodded. I finished my three plates and rubbed my tummy. "That was good ma, what's for dinner?" "I don't know yet but hurry up you've got school", she answered picking up our plates.

                   "I don't know about that, I just got notice that there's another rogue attack about to happen and the alpha wants all the wolves at the pack house", My dad said setting down his newspaper and getting up from his seat. Blake quickly got up as did everyone else. Blake then came to my side and kissed my forehead. "Okay lets go", Blake grabbed my hand.

                     We made it to the pack house in 15 minutes. "Okay go inside and this time stay inside", Blake warned. "Aren't you coming inside?" I panicked. "No I have to fight but i'll be okay, stay here and make sure all the pups are safe", I gave him a kiss on the lips and let him go. I ran inside with Aria and my mother. We entered the house and everyone looked scared. Elizabeth, the Luna was talking to everyone and telling them to calm down.

                        "MY BABY BOY, HE'S OUT THERE!!!", A lady suddenly yelled. I saw a lady on her knees crying. I have to go get her son. I then started to run towards the door. I was stopped by my mom, "You can't go out there, what if something happens?" She pleaded. "Mom I have to there's a kid out there that can't defend himself", I replied pulling my hand out of her grasp. I ran out the door to search for the boy. I looked around frantically but the boy was no where, I ran to the back of the pack house. I then saw a boy on the side of a tree with his knees to his chest sobbing.

                          I walked up to him, "Hey kid come on we have to go; your mom is in the pack house". The kid's head shot up and grabbed my hand. He had light brown hair and green eyes that looked blurry from tears. I started to walk away from the tree with the kid when a rogue then jumped in front of us. The boy jumped back behind me in fright. The rogue growled at me and started to come closer. I got down on my knees in front of the kid, "When I shift I want you to run for your life and go in the pack house, you understand?" He nodded so I stood back up. I moved away from the boy to give him a clear shot to run.

                    I shifted into my white wolf just as the rogue jumped towards us. I jumped as well knocking the rogue into a tree giving the boy a chance. The rogue apparently did not like that so he shook his fur out and ran towards me again. He tried to bit my shoulder but I moved just in time so he just nipped my skin. It hurt but not as much as a full out bite would. I kept aiming for his throat but he was to strong and pushed me to the ground and I heard something crack.

                       I whimpered at the feeling of pain. The wolf wasn't finished, his dirty brown fur suddenly was all I could see. He was on top of me trying to bite my throat but I pushed his chest with my paws with as much strength as I could. He scratched my stomach and my white coat was now stained red. I closed my eyes almost giving in; loosing my strength, when then wolf suddenly got off me.

                       I lifted my head but winced at the pain that came from my stomach. "That's enough", I heard a familiar voice. It sent cold shivers down my spine. I was beginning to get tired and dizzy. The trees above were spinning and I slowly was closing my eyes hoping for the pain to go away. "Another royal wolf? Take her", I heard before I blacked out.

                 This was chapter 27 for ya. I know, I know I left you guys on a huge cliff hanger, I know I'm evil.  AHHHHHHH!!!!
