Sa penthouse siya dinala ng binata. Pag bukas ng pintuan ng elevator ay isang mahabang pasilyo ang nakita niya. At may pintuan sa magkabilang dulo.

Hinila na siya nito papunta sa isang pintuan. "Kay Waltz ba yung isang pinto na yun?" Tanong niya rito.

"Yes. We share the penthouse but we have a separate rooms." He answered, still in a serious tone.

"Hey! Are you okay? Napagod ka ba sa biyahe? You should rest first before you start your meeting." Sabi niya rito.

"I'm fine! I'm just a little pissed." He said while shutting his eyes closed.

Pinakiradaman niya ito habang nakaupo ito sa sofa. Nakasandal ang ulo at nakapikit ang mga mata at malalim ang paghinga nito. He seems really pissed. She said to herself.

"Parang di ka naman sanay sa pinsan mo, kilala mo siya at alam mong nang-aasar lang iyon. Di mo na dapat pinatulan."

Napadilat ito at tumingin sakanya na seryoso ang mukha. "I don't like it when someone tries to be close to you. I cannot stand to see someone touches you." He clenches his teeth.

It felt good to know that he is being so possessive of her. That he looks like he was slowly eaten by jealousy and he looks adorable. She smiled at the thought that makes his face more pissed than ever.

"What are you smiling at? Do you think this is funny? Me being jealous? I am warning you Maple, if ever I will see you with Waltz or any other guy... Who dares to touch you... I swear, i'll kill them." He said looking angry. "No one can touch you! You're mine! You're only mine Maple and I don't share. So I guess you better call Linc right now and break up with him!" His tone is so authoritative.

"Linc? Why?" Naguguluhang tanong niya.

"Because I already claimed your virginity and I don't think it is still appropriate to continue your relationship with him." He said, making her face blush.

"How about you Mr. Hayes? You're engage to Mallory and yet you are putting your claim on me?" Taas kilay niyang tanong. "Makikipag-break ka din ba sa kanya?"

"Mallory will not be a problem. I can talk to her. Don't mind her." He said, still being serious.

"Ganun lang iyon? Iyon lang ang sasabihin mo? You're engaged with her. So how can I just ignore her?"

"It's because I said so. Just trust me on this. I'll talk to her I promise." He hold her hand and pulled her close to him. He was now hugging her. "Now promise me also that you'll stay away from Linc."

"I'm sorry I can't." She said smiling sheepishly. She felt his body tensed.

"Why?" Tanong nito nang tumayo mula sa sofa at hawakan siya sa braso at halata ang galit na pinipigilan.

"Because he is my boss and my friend. He helped in almost everything. He was like my guy bestfriend / big brother." She smiled at him. She can see that his face lightened a bit. "We don't have a romantic relationship with each other. I'm still NBSB you know?"

"NBSB?" Naguguluhang tanong nito.

"No boyfriend since birth." She answered. "Yes there were some suitors but I can't force myself to go on a relationship with them because, I always compare them to you. You see, I set my standards based on your qualities but I can't find anyone who is being close enough to be like you. Maybe I was still hopelessly waiting for you all along." There,  she almost said it all. What's the point of denying her feelings.
