Explanations

"I'm sorry, I was just really bored and got curious when I saw the box." he mumbled looking down on the floor trying to avoid eye contact. Sighing you place a hand on kuro's head and pat it lightly.

"It's ok, let's just clean it up" you say kneeling down picking up everything piece by piece. Everything was quiet while the two of you picked up all of the papers. The both of you sat on the bed putting them all into the box. Everyone of them had something dark or depressing on them is what kuro had noticed along with the razor having a dark aura.

"_____, what...what is all of this?" Kuro asked still picking up papers.

With a small sigh you look at him and gently gab his wrist and trace a small white line out of so many that lay on his arm. "I didn't have the best childhood, and did things that I regret. Like these lines are from a bad decision, but I couldn't stop, it was like a drug to me." sighing you look down. " the only way to get through life was to write how I felt on paper, and to...cut." whispering the last word you look up at Kuro with small tears in your eyes. "I had no one to help me, I was on my own. I always felt like I was drowning, but when I looked around everyone else was still breathing. Sleeping wasn't just sleep to me anymore it was an escape from reality. I slept more and more not wanting to get out of bed anymore and just to leave this place forever. The night I found you, was the night I was going to hurt myself, hurt myself so bad I would never breathe again, I would never see again, I would never do anything again." you take a deep breath and some tears slowly fall down your cheeks and you rub your right eye. "Then when I found you, I had someone to take care of and I wasn't alone anymore."
you say as you start to cry a little harder and hug kuro around the waist burying your face in his stomach. "Please Kuro don't leave me"

He was quiet for a moment then started to stroke your head. "Shh shh hey it's ok" he said trying to calm you down. "Don't worry I will never leave you."

Sill slightly crying you blush slightly and let go of Kuro.

"I'm sorry i'm being a nuisance, lets just finish cleaning this up" you say turning around to clean it up. Suddenly you felt a pair of arms wrapped around your waist and they whispered "how about we take a break right now, you probably need it" he said you nod and lean into Kuro's touch. He was gently playing with your hair as you started to slowly drift off into a peaceful sleep.

Kuro's pov

After she fell asleep i gently lay her on the bed and continue to pick up the papers looking at all of the poems she wrote.

Every thought is a battle,
Every thought is a war,
And I don't think
I'm winning anymore

Another one said,

She stood on the bridge
In silence and fear
For the demons of darkness
Had driven her here

They cut her heart
Right out of her chest
Making her believe
That the demons knew best

They were always there
Sometimes just out of sight
Waiting in the background
Till the time was right

These demons were destructive
Knocking down the life she knew
Hating everything about her
She hated herself too

These demons can't be seen
But they're far from fairy tales
They live inside your mind
Their evilness prevails

So on the bridge she stood
About to end the fight
Then she stopped and thought
I'll fight them one more night

This one had a date it was the day after she picked me up. Having enough of the depressing poems I decide to pack everything up and put it away. Looking over at ______ I let out a small sigh and walk over to her.

'She looks so peaceful sleeping' I think as I lean down closer to her face. Quickly but gently I kiss her forehead. Not knowing as I am doing so _____ eyes flutter open in the middle of the act.
