The Beginning

Prologue

Four girls are chosen to be guardians of a mystical world. No ordinary humans have ever heard of this world. There were no myths about it either. This world was truly unknown. There are four main elements fire, earth, water and air. These four elements help govern the lands, but one secondary element was not in agreement with and later it became what is known as darkness.  

Darkness believed that the lands should be controlled by one element. They believed that their system was corrupt and blamed the four main elements. Darkness has been trying for decades to rule and control all the elements. 

Cora, Gabriella, Lauren, and Skylar all are normal, teenage girls living in California. They all attend the same school and even know of each other. Although this is the case, it didn't mean they were friends. Some of them even dislike one another. They are all different from one another. 

Will they be able to get along and control their powers? Will they be able to accept the truth about who they really are? What if what you've known all your life was a lie? 

Their job is to protect Criaselia and stop an evil force from taking it over.

This is the beginning of their story.
