I've seen this Italian man, he walks down the street playing his mandolin. As people die everyday on the street, he mourns for them.
You would never see him during the day, it was always during the night, his music would plead for people to stay in their apartments, pleading for children to fall asleep, to not be taken by the dark streets.
The sound of his mandolin was that of a ghost, soft but yet you are able to hear it. His song is a warning "Stay away from the streets, for the night is not persuaded ". He knows what happens on theses streets during the night
