It's been two months since Skylar has been in her coma and on top of that I hadn't seen her. I mean my heart ached just knowing she was in a coma, and I don't think I could face her. I was doing okay, I guess you cold say.

Sky'Lynn on the other hand was growing up quite fast, it didn't come as a shocker though. I mean her chromosomes are all fucked up, a werewolf as a mother, and a vampire as a father. I'm surprised she isn't eighteen yet. And the powers she had inherited were amazing .. She had a few that Skylar and I didn't even have.

"Daddy, why is Mommy always sleep?"Skyl'Lynn crawled into the bed with me. I couldn't believe Skylar was missing all of this, her first word, which was mom and shocked the hell out of me, her first steps ... My mom had suggested I just recorded everything and luckily I did listen to my mom for the first time in my life.

"She's still healing from giving birth to you."I smiled and picked her up.

"Is this my fault mommy is like this?"

"No." My heart instantly dropped. I couldn't believe she would even think that, and I was shocked at how intelligent she was, she's probably going to clew threw school in no time.

"Can I see her?"She smiled and gave me puppy dog eyes. I hadn't let Sky'Lynn see Skylar since the day she was born .. She automatically knew what Skylar looked like, I have no idea how, it was just another one of the many amazing things our daughter was capable of ... I didn't want her to see Skylar so sick, but my mom told me I couldn't keep doing that to her, and once again I'm going to take my mom advice.

"Let's go see her right now." I tried my best to hide my nervous feelings. How could I just face Skylar after two long, agonizing months, and not cry?

"Really?"

"Yes really?" I smiled and picked her up. I felt my heart beat quicken as we got closer to the room were Skylar was.

"Daddy are you okay?" My little girl asked looking up through her thick eyelashes. She was so gorgeous and I couldn't believe I created something as darling and precious as her, but on the other hand I could believe Skylar did. She had an irregular heart beat because of her mix.

"Yes why whouldn't I be?"

"Daddy I can hear your heart beating, it sounds like mines."She had the same smirk I always had on my face. Sky'Lynn had inherited so many things from me and I could see her fangs growing in.

I sat her down on her feat as we reached the door. I could feel Sky'Lynn growing anchious as I pushed open the door. She shot into the room before I could and jumped onto the bed with Skylar, like she had seen her all her life.

"Daddy Mommy is so pretty."She sounded shocked. My heart almost fell as I heard that.

"Of course she is, and so are you."I smiled and pushed back the pain that ached in my heart.

"I want my hair long like Mommy's."

"It will be."I tried to keep my eyes off Skylar because I knew if I looked at her tears would flood my eyes, but I had to be strong for my and my baby girl. I closed my eyes and shut out the world so Sky'Lynn could enjoy this moment.

"Daddy?"

"Yes."

"Mommy's moving."

"What?!"I shot my eyes open and Skylars eyes fluttered open behind mines. I hadn't seen her beautiful chocolate brown eyes in two months and just seeing them now brought tears to my eyes. I hadn't cried so much in my life until I met Skylar. She brought tears of joy and hurt to me.
