What if the types of things you experience in a video game could be experienced in reality?
At the start of your life you would have a menu screen - start life, load life and Life Options.
Start Life:
This is where you would start your life, the beginning of a journey that ultimately leads to death...or does it? You could be immortal and if you died in life you had checkpoints: which I will go into detail later.
But how cool would that be? If you didn't like the way your life was going you could restart your life.
Load Life:
When you save your life at a certain point you could start your life from that point and continue on. You could have quite a few lives at different points to choose from (unless there was a size limit as to how many "life slots" you could fit.
Life Options:
Now here is where it gets interesting. You could change the volume for things like sound effects, dialogue and music - imagine being able to mute the music in your life that you don't like, the people you don't like to hear talk? That would be awesome!
You could also choose your own difficulty, with options ranging from easy to hard - these would include many different variables.
Now, let's say you have started a new life. What type of game would your life be? Would it be action, adventure, survival horror, strategy, simulation, driving, etc, etc? Once you have decided on what genre it would be, then would it be first person, third person, top down perspective or maybe a mixture of them all?
