Im Clarrisse Villafuerte,16,and studying at Saint Mary's College.I am a member of Saint Mary's Paranormal Group,the most popular group in our school for their ghost huntings,proofs about spirits,and things beyond normal.Students thought that this activity was too dangerous but still there were four students who joined and became good friends of mine,they were Anne,Kyle,Princess and Paul.We created our group two years ago,two years of fun,excitement and two years of good friendship.That's how we spend our years together.
A month from now will be our graduation day and the principal supposed to give us recognition for the achievements we did.But,unfortunately its not our whole group who will recieve the award.After our last but the most scariest journey from five only two of us left ,it was me and Paul.
It was November 23,when our group conducted a meeting.4:00 pm when i cameand then we sarted the meeting.I notice that Princess was too serious that time,it's very unusual.Princess was about to speak when Kyle and Paul laughed very hard.We dont know on what they were talking nor laughing about.Princess stared at them and said "Guys stop chatting.Cant you see this is a serious matter?"If that's more important than what were going to talked about then stay out of here"I added.They bowed their heads and say sorry.Like what im about to say earlier,I had a strong feeling about our school."Princess continued."What's new with that.?That's the reason why we created our group right.?"Anne replied."No,its....different.Its more dangerous,scarier and more challenging i think."Princess answered.I look at her while she speaks her lips was slightly shaking and her expression was really a sign of confussion and fear."So guys when we'll start.?"Anne asks."As soon as possible"Princess said.We decided to start that evening.At 7:00 pm we started.the guards was not there bacause they had a meeting with the principal.At the gate,we felt the wind blowing very hard.We started walking until we reach the garden of the Evans builiding Paul get his camera and set into video recorder,then we continue walking.30 minutes ago when Kyle notice something "wait!guys 30 minutes ago when we stop here to set Paul's camera but look around you were still her."Youre right Kyle.I was about to say that earlier but I thought it was just the same" Anne said.Then I heard the hissing sound of a snake. Princese who had ophidiophobia was about to shout but Anne covered her mouth "sshh, the principal and the guards will hear you "Anne reminded her .I dont know why there was a snake there .I walked towards the snake but it doesnt show any sign that he will hurt us insted i felt like it was a human and he's saying like" follow me " . I follow the snake then my freinds followed me.In following the snake we got out of the garden."Where are we going now.?"Anne asks.?"we should end this up,if were going to continue,this will be harder for us to solve."Princess replied.All of us agreed with Princess.As were getting near the gate,we notice something.There was a hanging bridge "huh?a bridge?i cant remember that there was a bridge here."I confusely said.We dont have any other choice but to cross that bridge.Princess crossed first and i go last.When im on the middle part of the bridge Princess saw the first part of the bridge falling."Clarrisse!faster!"Princess shouted.But the part where i was walking fall,fortunately,Paul who was before me hold my hand and said "hold on!" and in 1,2,3 they pulled me up.
"Are you ok.?Anne asks "im fine"I replied "By the way thanks" I added.We continue walking but its not the right to the gate,then we relized were on the Herschell building.Suddenly a room opened.We enter the room slowly when were all inside the door closed with a very loud sound.We tried to open the room but we cant.Its already 12:00 midnight but were still in our school.We decided to call our parents but only Princess and me had our phones with us.When i was to call my dad my phone shutdown.In so much irritation I accidentally threw my phone "urgh!".Princess phone was on but we forgot that,that area had no signal.What a lucky day for us right?We shouted for help but were very sure that the guards and the principal was not there anymore.We tried to open the door again and thanks god it opened.When were about to run,Anne's ring fall and she go back to find it.After a minute we heard a girl shouting."ahhhhhhhhh!hheellp!
We immediately enter the room and tears fall from our eyes.We saw Anne,full of blood and dead.Anne had been a good friend and its very hard for us to accept and left her on that situation."Guys,Anne had been good thats why its hard for us to left her but we need to,cause if we didnt,no one will be left alive."Princess said.Princess,Kyle and Paul walked away crying,but i was left there embracing Anne."Clarrisse!"Paul called me.I stand and look at Anne for the last time and someone pulled my feet.They quickly helped me and they say goodbye to Anne for the last time.We run , but i accidentally slipped because I bumped on a wooden armchair when someone pulled my feet that cause a big wound on my knee.Paul helped me but when we stood up Kyle and Princess was not there.We find them on a big clothespin-like machine with a button on both sides.There's a voice saying if we press the right button Kyle will be saved but Princess will die.If we prefer to press the left button Princess will be saved but Kyle will die.At exactly 5:00 we should choose one or else they will both die.Its already 4:50 am,we only had 10 minutes to choose,but it's really hard for us to choose.I started to to cry cause maybe its the last time we will saw them alive.As every saeconds pass our heart beats faster.All of a sudden Princess and Kyle died.I dont know what to do or what to say.Its hard tothink that your friends died in front of you.
We never expect that this journey would end our friendship.We know that the moment we recieve the award,will be the greatest moment in their highschool life.Wherever they are ,I know that they were always watching us.And that award will be dedicated for them.
They may not be here to join us in every step of our life ,but their presence will always be in our heart.
This friendship of us will stay
till I take my last breath ion my last day.
