Chapter 2 The Wierd Party

I took my dress on, some jewelry, shoes, makeup and fixed my hair. The dress was from my mum. I love her to death, she has always been there for me. Unlike my dad. I don't know much about him but what my mom has told me, he doesn't sound like an angel. My dad is quite the oppisite from mom. Let's say, he was a rebel. However, It was sad that my dad couldn't be her, becuase he is dead and problaby in heaven. I didn't know him well either and that is the most saddest thing. My mum doesn't want to talk about him, so i dont know much about him. Just that he wasnt a good man. Wich always makes me sad since he is a part of me.

It was 8 pm and many people came. First my nearest good friends. Annie, Mike, Sara and Tina. Mum and Thomas went to grandma and are going to stay there until the party is over.

I blew the candles on the cake and wished something. I wished that i would find out what was happening to me. I really hope I would find it out. Maybe it's something magical. No, I don't think so. I mean, that wouldn't be possible.

Ones again this voices were in my head, and this time there were many voices. It was so painful this time.I heard voices in my head again. I had the most awful migrene. I run into my room and closed the door. It needed to me quiet and then the voices stop along woth the migrene.

"There you are! I knew you where her, why aren't you out, it's your party". " Sorry, I heard so many voices and I got a headache, but I'm fine now". "Okay, well come with me. Your'e going to get a drink with me now." Sara said and walked with me out my room. Today I am 16 so I was going to try a little bit of alchohol.

When I tasted it, it was little wierd but a little bit good too. It was champagne. Everyone was dancing but me. I didn't feel like it. I watched  Annie slowly and focused on just her. "I should call my dad and tell him that she is getting closer about the powers of hers, since she now can read minds."  Annie thought. --Oh my god! Is she talking about me, or thinking? What powers? Does she think that I really can read minds? Well, it does make sense now though. Oh my god! I have a power now. This doesn't make any sense, but maybe it is true. I was thinking and thinking, all my  thoughts were swirling around in my head like an annoying fly. "Hey, Maria! Are u okay?" Annie asked next to me. "Yeah, I'm fine" I said. I didn't want to tell her about what i heard her say, or think.

The party was over and I were so tired. Everything was just crazy. I mean I don't belive in such things as supernatural stuff . I mean, this just didn't make sence. And what Annie thought was really wierd. Why does she have to that say to her dad? What was her dads purpose about my powers?

I got very many gifts today and loved all of it. After the party I took a shower and went to bed. I tried to sleep but it was really hard. I couldn't stop thinking about what Annie had thought and if I really can read minds. I mean im not a beliver, but how can i deny what's right in front of me, magic.

:Dream..

I were inside a black room. Then suddendly Annie appeared and I tried to run over to her. Before I knew it I were stopped by a cold breath. I heard a voice telling me to stay away from Annie. It seemed to be a man's voice and it felt familiar but i couldn't recognized it. However my mind did not care about what the voice told me, and my legs started running towards my friend. I reached her, but suddendly her eyes started turning bloody red. All the voices I heard today started to talk trough my dear friend. They said: "Come join us, Marita. We need you. Please... come with us". My heart started beating faster and faster, I got cold chills,and my blood started streaming trough my body. "what the hell is happening?" i yelled out loud. But Annie was gone, and I was all alone. Then the light came and reality set in.
