How to get a guy back in five days (Five days Book 2)

"Daniel.. Daniel!"

"What?" I said. "What's your problem?  I've been talking for minutes here, and your not even listening!" my girlfriend said. Honestly, I didn't really listen to her. "Daniel!" she shouted. "You're not listening again!" I didn't answer her instead I ran and went to the park beside the center. I was about to sit down at the bench where me and Kath usually go before. I really don't understand why I still think about her. Going back, I saw a little girl sitting there and made me remember her. I went to the little girl and sat down with her then I was so shocked when she said "Look at those birds singing, those trees swaying and those flowers dancing." "Uhmm, How did you know about those words?" I asked but unfortunately the little girl didn't answer instead she put her head in my shoulders and said "Bring me to my ate please." I didn't know what to answer and just told her "Okay Little girl, what's your name so i can help you." She was about to answer when I heard a voice shouting "kate!" Then the little girl stand up so fast and went to the person calling her.

 "Ate!" she said, so I followed the little girl and saw someone.. it was.. It was.. Kath! I was in shock at that time and I didn't know what to do in other words I freezed. She looked at me then went to me speechless. We looked at each other awkwardly and I started the conversation with a "hi." She answered, "Hi DJ, it's been a long time since we saw each other." I don't know what to say at that moment. "Uhmm. Uhmm. Yeah, uhh Kath I have to go now" i said awkwardly and left fast. I went back to the party and sat down quietly when "Daniel! Where were you? I'm losing my patience already!" my girlfriend said angrily. At that moment, I really didn't care about her anymore and just thought about Kath and I said "You know what, I don't think you're the girl for me and sorry but  were over now!" Then 

I walked out. "Daniel!" a person shouted. Then I looked back and saw Kath. She went to me and told me " Remember when I texted you this: I just want to tell you that the love we had many years ago was the most memorable moment of my life.". I said "Yeah, don't worry it's been 3 years from now." Then she made an angry face  and said "That's the point! It's been 3 years! Don't you want to talk to me? Awhile ago you ran!" after hearing that I shouted, "You left me after having a FIVE-DAY Relationship! Now, you tell me what things do we have to talk about?" After hearing that, she cried and left. I know in my self that I hurt her but it's the only way to move on. 

The next day...

"Daniel John Ford!" my mom said and woke me uo. "Yes mom?" I answered. "Today is your press conference, Daniel John Ford you're part of the ABD Clan now!" she said. I swear because of what happened yesterday, I forgot about that. Then I went to the press conference. I was really not in the mood for a n interview but unfortunately that's my life! 

During the Interview....

"Mr. Daniel Padilla, how does it feel to be part of the Alpha Bravo Delta Clan?" an interview said. I answered, "Of course it's a pleasure working with Mr. Albie Casino, Mr. Diego Loyzaga and of course the head, Mr. Gab Valenciano." Their were really a lot of questions they asked but the most intriguing part for me was, "After the said break-up with Ms. Yen Santos, who inspires you right now?" Besides the shock that the said "break-up" reached to them so fast, I really don't know what to answer. "She inspires me right now." I said with Kath on my mind. "Who is she?" an interviewer asked and of course I can't say her name so i said "My mom, of course my mom." Then the interview ended and I rested for a while at home and still thinking about Kath. 

Next morning..... 

Thinking about Kath, my mind said No more for Kath but my hearts says GO ON. As an emotional  person, I followed my heart so I went to her house. 

At her house...

I rang the doorbell and luckily she was the one who opened the door. "Kath.." I said. She quickly closed the door and said, "What are you doing here? Paparazzis are there.." "I'm here because you said you wanted to tell me something right?" I answered. She didn't answer and went in their house. I waited there and i slept in my car until the next morning....

I woke up early and rang the doorbell again and she opened the door again but this time she didn't close it. "You know what Daniel, don't you get it?! You're famous now, every move you make are recorded!" she shouted. This time I answered, "You know what?! I DON'T CARE okay? I LOVE YOU AND THAT'S IT!" I don't know what she will answer at that time and she said, "But Daniel... I left you.." she said softly. I hugged her and said, "It was three years ago, can't we start a new us again? Is it too late?" She didn't answer instead she hugged me like there's no tomorrow.
