"Soo, Nari, are you okay?" Noah asks me, so I'm guessing I probably have a depressed shitty face.
"Yeah, why do you care, anyways?" I answer rudely, probably because I'm tired and sad. "Because you're my sister and I love you?" He says in a duh tone. Wow, that really touched my potato. Does he really love me tho? "You do?" I ask unsure about his last statement and worried about the next. "Of course I do, why wouldn't I? He says side hugging me as we are sitting on the uncomfortable airport chairs.
"PASSENGERS OF FLIGHT 014F, DESTINY SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA, PLEASE GO THROUGH BOARDING GATE."
"C'mon Nari, let's go or we'll miss our flight." He says holding out his hand for me to take.
"What if that's what I want to happen?" I ask rhetorically.
"Well, remember that people used to bully because you were different? Because you were more beautiful, smarter, and kinder than them? Do you? That won't exist in South Korea. And your dream of becoming a pop star might come true there."
He is right. I won't be treated differently there, and I could actually achieve my dream.
Maybe South Korea won't be that bad...
We walk side by side to the boarding gate, leave our suitcases and get on the plane. Then we find our seats and get comfortable.
"Excuse me, peanuts for the lovely couple?" The flight attendant asks us, our eyes jolting open and our backs getting stiff.
"Errr, ma'am, we... we're not dating..." Noah replies scratching the back of his head nervously.
"Yeah, uhm... we're siblings." I say kinda embarrassed.
She looks at us with wide eyes and starts apologizing over and over again.
Well, I did want those peanuts...
I plug in my earbuds and try to sleep.

"So... Where's dad?" I ask not seeing him around.
"Oh he must be waiting in the baggage belt for our suitcases."
We roam around the airport asking everyone if they knew where the belt was, for we are lost.
When we finally find it, we see Dad just standing there. Not caring about us, we could be missing, kidnapped, murdered... he wouldn't care hahah. ;-;
"Oh kids, I was waiting for you two." He says with a bright smile on his face.
Noah and I share the 'you've got to be kidding me' look.
"Come on, eomma's waiting outside."
"EOMMAAAA!!" We both scream and run outside.
We haven't seen eomma since Christmas.
I run towards her signature red Mustang and tap on the window to see if she pays attention to us. She looks startled and gets out of the car in a jump after recognizing me. We hug each other very tight.
"Eomma, naneun neoleul geuliwo. (i missed you)" I whisper in her ear.
"Nado, jagi." She says pulling away and going over to Noah.
