Waverley began to work for the DEO. That's where she was going to start out as. She could be herself. She saw how Superman and Supergirl were.
She could do that. She walked around taking in the surroundings wearing her pink tank top and ripped jeans. She spoke in the khryptonian language.
What she said translated to, "Earth is not home but it can be with the right person."
Kara heard her and said, "Oh. Rao! You are from krypton?" She smiles and raises a brow.
Waverley remembered that voice. The voice of her friend, back on Krypton. She felt like the world was fouling her.
Even though she saw Superman personally, she never saw Supergirl. She just would hear rumors. She turned around and tilted her head to the side examining for a fouling aspect.
She ran to Kara and into her arms. "Kar..... you are alive." She whispered, softly.
Kara remembered Waverley when she saw how her eyes lit up. She rubbed her back as they hugged. "You work here...?" Was all Kara could let out due to her throat.
Waverley pulled back and nodded. "I do... and you?" She says smiling widely.
Kara nodded. "You haven't seen me on magazines or anything..?" She felt like things was awkward.
"Um..... I actually haven't...... wasn't allowed to look at any form of media for awhile. I don't even know how to look at it anymore.." Waverley whispered. Remembering how Lex got.
Kara felt like something was off. "Well... tonight, my place... I will introduce to the gang and play board games... oh! And eat popstickers!" She says excitedly.
Waverley nodded. "Alright, Kar!"
