It is currently 9:15am, on the 26th April 2017.
I had just woke up on a usual rainy day, trying to find my phone to check whatever was going on today. "Finally" I sigh in despair, unlocking my phone.
*bleep* I just got a notification. "OH MY GOSH, IT'S A NEW UPDATE FROM SHAWN" I screamed, definitely waking up my neighbours. I instantly checked on Instagram, dying to see what Shawn has posted.

*smack* My phone falls to the floor, with me slowly following.
"Honey, what was that?!" I hear my mum yell, "I- I dropped my phone" Sobbing halfway through my sentence.
As I continue sobbing into my hands, the sound of the stairs start to go, expecting to see my mum any minute.
"Oh honey, what's wrong?" She says while comforting me, "It's Shawn" I say while mumbling my words. "What about Shawn?" My mum spoke in a curious way, "He's going on Tour tomorrow, and I didn't get any tickets" I spoke managing to spill my words out.
"Well why don't you go talk to you're sister about it, I'm sure she can do something" I nod slowly, obeying her orders.
Text conversation:
Me: Hey sis!
Sis 💕: Hey Shannon! How are you doing?
Me: Not good. I just remembered that Shawn's going on Tour tomorrow.. 😔
Sis💕: Don't be sad. Look I can still try to find tickets, don't give up hope
Me: Okay I guess it don't hurt to try. Text me if you find anything
Sis💕: Will do.
"So.. what did she say?" I look down and play with my fingers nervously, "She said that she will try to see if there's still tickets left but I doubt it"
"Hey, have faith. Don't give up" I look up and see her grabbing Shawn's Illuminate album and placing it in the CD player.
I give her a reassuring smile, cheering up a little bit.
30 minutes later
"I KNOW I CAN TREAT YOU BETTTERRR, BETTER THAN HE CAN!"
My mum sings terribly, trying to make me laugh which fortunately works.
"I'm surprised that you actually know the lyrics" I say in amazement.
"Well sweetheart, you do realize that you play Shawn's songs 24/7 right?"
I chuckle "Well yeah but-" I suddenly get interrupted with my phone ringing, I check to see who it is. My heart starts pounding again, my hands start to sweat as I look at the caller ID. It's none other than my sister...
