Long time no see! Here's another update!

*Hazel's POV*

"I think the mall keeps on getting bigger and bigger... where was the cinnamon roll stand again? It doesn't help that it constantly moves either..." I mumble to myself while walking around the mall

"Hey beautiful" A familiar, yet it made me want to kill everything around me. I turn to see Daniel. My ex. Usually I'm cool with my ex's but him, he is the worst person ever.

"What do you want? I was wishing that I could go the rest of my life not dealing with your shit" I hiss at him. How does he have the guts to waltz on back to me after what he did?! That little piece of scum!

"Woah, calm down hot stuff. I just wanted to see you again" He says with a smug playing disgustingly on his face "So how how have you been Hazel?"

"I was doing great until you showed up, I suddenly got the worst headache and it hurts like a bitch. Now if you would excuse me, I have to actually go somewhere with people I actually care about. Bye" I said in a rushed way, after all I am busy. I need to get to my job. I know working at a sweets place sounds fun, but not when you have Jennifer as a manager. She is sweet, but it's the kind of sweet where she's always talking people up. I know it's for positivity, but it gets annoying.

I walk away barely hearing a mumble from him. I would've been more nice to him if he hadn't killed Lacey. She was literally like a sister to me, but then he had to screw everything up and do something stupid.

After a few minutes of wondering, I found the stand next to the pretzel station. Sammy was working today since it was Saturday, but she has a sweet name, but oh boy is she the literal definition of trouble. Just a few days ago she caught fighting with a customer because she caught him staring at that wrong places while he was ordering, but it turned out that he had  social anxiety and didn't want to look her in the eyes so he looked down. But for a 19 year old, she had an amazing body. And that's coming from a straight girl. But if I wasn't, I'd hook up with her. Plus, she's so adorable due to her being only 5"4.

"Hey Hazy-Wazy! Thought you weren't gonna come today. But thank god you did, it's gonna be a busy day! Now hurry and get the apron and gloves on! Don't want Jennifer to be on your case. She has a completely different side of her..." Sammy greeted me as I walked into the stand.

Sammy was about 19 years old and was 3 inches shorter than me. Half of her blonde hair was shaved off and the rest was moved to the right and she had pale skin with some flower tattoos on the shaved part. If I liked girls in a sexual way, 100% would go after her.

"Hey Sam, and I know how she is, I watched her chew you out a few days ago" A laugh escaped out of our mouths but it died down when the customers started to come.

The shift is finally over and i can now get home.

I check my phone and see that I got a text from Blake. I open it up and it's just him saying that he got a girlfriend for the sixth time this week. All of them different. Her name was Alice and she apparently had a body of a goddess. That little man whore needs some help... I'm surprised that Jake isn't influenced by him.

I just scoff and walk off with Sam

"So, you got any boyfriends wrapped around your finger?" Sam asks with a sly smirk

"No, I've had a party a few days ago, then got locked out of my house and my dad hadn't been home so I've been staying with my neighbor, his name is Jax and his mom is the best. She's funny as fucking hell, I feel like you would like her, since I've heard you like older girls" I smirk right back. Sam just slaps my arm and yells

"Not that old! Maybe if they were in there mid twenties, yes, but a mom?! No way! Now stop teasing me! I want to know more about Jax" Her face was as red as a tomato right now. It's so funny flustering her!

"Fine... I guess he has a well built body, nice dark brown hair, kinda tan, and a fucking giant. Like around 6"5 maybe? But he's a huge ass nerd. Then he has a crush on Hazel. Have you met her?" I ask, looking down at her to see her shaking her head

"No, but you've told me about her, wasn't she Lacey's cousin?" She asks, but right after she says it, she paused "Oh my god, I'm sorry for bringing it up... uhhh, you okay?"

"Huh? Yeah, she was her cousin.. And it's okay, I don't really mind anymore." I say, trying to convince her and myself..

"Are you sure? Well, I guess if you say so.." she then hands me a box, which I'm guessing is a pretzel that she took from the stand "I have to go, but you should eat, you're getting a bit skinny, we'll see you later!" She gives me a hug and goes off to her car, while I just sit outside on a bench watching cars pass by, eating the pretzel and enjoying the little amount of sun.
