Alice's POV:

I sat in my studio, I ran my hands down the wooden walls. I sighed thinking of how long I had been in here, and how long I would stay. I waited for several hours each day, waiting for Joey to come and give me the next painful song or rehearsal.

"You aren't doing it right! Alice stop tripping up! Nope, nope start over!" he would shout at me. He then would lock me back up in my room.

The posters of Bendy and Boris taunting me on the walls. I wanted to talk to them, get to know them. But, I knew it was hopeless. I would stay in here, in this rotting room. The walls dripping ink.

"They really need to fix those pipes," I muttered, fixing my dress.

I heard a sharp knock on my door. I knew it was Joey and rolled my eyes, repeating the same two words I said everyday, "Come in,"

He roughly opened the door, dragging me out by my arm. He must have been in a worse mood then usual, because his grip was stronger.

"Joey!" I yelled at him as we entered the larger studio.

"Shut up, Angel! Get on the stage and perform your parts."

I willed myself not to cry as he placed me next to Bendy. Bendy looked at me his stare was hard as if he was dissapointed in me. I mean who else wouldn't be. Well, not Boris at least. He waved at me and I smiled a little bit.

"You know you don't always have to be stuck in your room right?" he asked.

I looked at Joey who was pacing and reading the script. "Yes, I do. Joey makes me..."

"Well," said Boris, "my pal Bendy and I could sneak ya out if you'd like."

It was really sweet of him to suggest. Boris was one of the only ones here who was nice to me. Joey always pushed me down, while Bendy always sneered at me like I was trying to take his spotlight. He honestly didn't want anything to do with me.

And of course my voice actor, Susie Cambell, had left. I loved moving my lips and letting her do my voice. It was fun, even if we only talked occasionally.

I was shy I wouldn't do that. Sure I loved to sing and dance, but I didn't know anyone well enough. I looked at Boris and smiled.

"That's very kind of you. Thank-you, Boris."

"Anything for a friend," he responded. "well, soon to be friends. Right?" He said with a wink.

I blushed as he grabbed his banjo and began strumming away. Bendy then danced over as I kinda stood off to the side. Joey yelled at me, "Angel do something! Follow your lines!"

"What are they?" I said, forcing myself not to stutter.

"For the love of all things entertaining! You know them!"

"No, I actually don't. You didn't give me any..." I said looking towards the ground.

Joey marched up onto the dark cream boards. His footsteps echoed across the room. Boris and Bendy stopped and stared at Joey.

"What are you looking at?!" screamed Joey.

Boris and Bendy looked away, slowly climbing off the stage. They quietly walked out the door leaving me alone with Joey.

"Of all the characters I created, you had to be the worst. What was your purpose?"

I continued to look at the ground, "I-I don't know sir."

"Exactly, you were a time filler. No one cared for you."

At this point black, inky tears rolled down my face. The happy environment was gone.

"Now go! I don't want to see you again. Not now, not EVER!" Joey screamed.

I scrambled over to the stairs and ran out the door hearing Joey call after me. "You have screwed up one to many times. Next time you won't be so lucky..."

I ran to my room, covering my face with my white gloves. Why did I ever try to leave? I stationed the chair under the door knob. I wasn't going to come out.

I heard a knock on the door.

"Go away!" I shouted through shaky tears.

"Alice!" The tone was harsh. "Open up this door!"

I didn't move from the floor, only sat up. My shyness kicking in. The banging continued.

"I swear if you don't open this door now, your punishment will be worse..."
