((Riley's POV))
It all happened so fast, I was just hanging out with my sister in Undertale. I don't know how it started, but we're stuck in a zombie apocalypse. Running for our lives, no way out. The kid named Frisk can't RESET. Why? Not a clue. All I know, is that we need to stay safe and out of sight.
It's a lot to take in, but if we all stay together, Alicia says it'll be fine. Who's we? Alicia -my sister-, Lydia, Madison, Sans, Papyrus, Frisk and some other skeletons I don't know.
It's night, pitch blackness surrounding us, in the middle of the forest. I'm not sure exactly where we are. Alicia just grabbed me and we started running along with everyone else. The only light we have is the little fire we have going. No one says anything, trying to take in what's going down. Staring into the fire remembering everything and everyone we once had, and taken away in a split second. The first few zombies came from nowhere. And it just went from one person to another, eventually getting to the monsters as well.
"This wasn't supposed to happen." Frisk breaks the silence.
"See what happens when you reset to often?" Sans glares at them.
".....I'll find a way to fix this."
"You can try. But you'll fail." Madison comments.
"Madison not now okay?" Alicia sighs.
"Can't we just go to an AU? Or is the same thing happening in the AU's too?" I ask Alicia.
"Everyone has lost their powers, there's no escape."
"Lost their powers? Is that why Frisk can't reset?"
Alicia quickly looks at Frisk, then back at me.
"Yeah that's why."
She sounded kinda sarcastic but I can never tell. I haven't been around Alicia for awhile. No one back in Dancetale even remembers her. Neither did I, until I started having flashbacks and dreams to moments when we were together. After getting some background information, -don't ask how- I found out she's my sister, it took awhile but I tracked her down here in Undertale. Then just as I was starting to get used to everyone here, the apocalypse came along. There's a thought in my mind that it's my fault in some twisted way. But I'd rather push that thought away than believe it.
"Sans..." A hear Papyrus say quietly.
"Yeah?"
"What happened to our other friends? Undyne, Alphys, and your punny goat friend?" He asks.
Sans sighs before responeding.
"Tiba honest, I don't know."
"We just have to hope for the best right?" Papyrus smiles as he puts a arm around Sans.
"Heh, that's right buddy." Sans cracks a smile.
I glance at the other two skeletons I don't regonize.
"Alicia, who are those guys?" I whisper to her without taking my eyes off them.
"What? Oh, that's Cross and Error." She shrugs.
"Are they good or bad?"
"Depends. They are destroyers, so bad guys mostly. But they aren't totally heart less, sometimes they'll show a nice side to them, rarely though." She explains.
"Who is who?" I ask noticing I don't know which one is Cross and which one is Error.
"Oh, Error is glitch one. Cross the guy Lydia is sitting next to." Alicia replies.
"Wait Cross?" I let out a laugh.
"Yeah?" Alicia looks confused.
"As in the Cross and Lydia ship?"
"Yep that's the one." She laughs a little too.
"I'm going to tease them about it." I smirk as I sneak over behind Lydia and Cross.
"Oh my god, can't wait to see this." I hear Alicia whisper.
I sit between Lydia and Cross, I put on arm around Lydia and the other around Cross.
"How you two love birds doin'?" I smirk.
"Riley, go away." Lydia glares at me.
"Aw c'mon, I just wanna see you guys kiss."
I notice Cross's eyes turn black, I get chills up my spine but I stay put.
"Riley no. Back away, before I hurt you." She threatens.
"What are you gonna do with out that knife of yours?" I pat her on the head.
"I swear Riley I will hurt you." Her eyes turn black too.
That's when I look up and see that everyone is now standing up, backing away, and staring. Even Cross.
"C'mon guys it's just Lydia." I say to them.
"Uh Riley..." Lydia is looking behind us.
I turn around and standing before us is three zombies.
