"Hey, wake up!"

I wasn't sure if I was dreaming or starting to wake up, but I felt someone gently shake me, calling my name.

"You're not gonna get up, huh? Haha."

That gentle laugh, that soft voice, I'd recognize it anywhere. Soft and gentle like ocean waves. I couldn't help but smile, immediately knowing who it was.

"That's it."

I woke up as my body hit the carpet, shocked by the unexpected gesture to push me off the bed.

"Heyyy!! What was that for?!"

I slowly get up, rubbing my back where I fell on.

"Are you deaf? I told you to wake up."

"Alright I'm up, sheesh Mr. savage. What time is it anyways?"

"3:12 am."

"hUH?! Why would you wake me up at this time?! I'm going back to bed Jinyoung."

As I try to get back into bed, he grabs my wrist, stopping me from hitting the soft mattress under the warm covers.

"You can't!"

"Why not?!"

"Because..."

he stops and looks down, smiling as if what he was about to say was the most cheesiest thing he was ever going to say to me.

"Because what?"

"I want to show you the sunrise."

He smiles at me, probably feeling a little embarrassed from waking me up at a weird hour just to see some horizon that anyone can find online now a days.

I was sort of still sleepy, but whenever Jinyoung shows me something, it would be an amazing sight, an awakening experience. I smiled back at him, and nodded at his small request.

"Okay."

"And then Yugyeom started laughing and crying after he found out he was being pranked! Hahaha he was so scared! He believed everything!"

We both laughed as he was telling me about a funny prank him and his band members played on their maknae.

"Haha you guys are so mean! But that does sound pretty funny!"

Jinyoung nods and laughs, putting a hand up to cover his mouth, like he does when he is about to laugh really hard.

He had an adorable laugh that could light up a city. That lights up my heart, like igniting a flame that warms me up inside.

"Ah, I know. But it made him smile that day. He was having a rough week, so we thought it was a great way to cheer him up."

"Aw, well it did. In all of you boy's got seveny way!"

"Hahaha got seveny? Ahaha okay." 

"Hey, what time does the sun start to rise anyways? It's still dark out here."

He looks down nervously with a slight laugh. Probably embarrassed again to what he was going to say. Oh boy, what time is it?

"Uh haha, 5 am..."

"wHAT?! We have to sit here for 2 hours?! Why didn't you wake me up at 4 then?!"

"I...wanted to spend a lot of time with you...alone."
