You need thes :
1: bigger sensor
İf you have bigger sensor pixels will bigger and get more light in it.
For example : 1/2 inch sensor bigger than 1/3 so 1/2 inch sensor get more ligt
2: aperture
Aperture is a bit different because if aperture is low ,it will be better in low ligt .
Aperture is show with "f".
For example f1.5 better than f1.9
