A THOUSAND YEARS IN YOUR ARMS.
---------------------------------
I apologise if I disgrace you infront of proud eyes,
You are my King, Majestic, You're beyond compare,
My love for you, pushed into darkness, there it lies,
You'd have to take me apart first, you placed it there,
You were cold, heartless, made of ice,
Your past shadowing a prosperous future,
Into my soul, my heart, welcomed warmly, welcomed thrice,
I'd have thought you moved on from her,
Yet every time you cut me down, you endearing me even more,
A thousand years in your arms would be a mere blink,
My love rejected, heart discarded, my heart you tore,
I was always at there, at your side, did you even think?
My heart softened, You didn't have a clue,
But now I look back, and I laugh, for how I loved you!
