Through The Wolf's Eye

Prologue

-In NightPack's Territory-
A dark grey wolf with blue eyes stepped out of the cave den,eyes glittering. A brown wolf ran up to the grey wolf,eyes filled with worry. "Alpha," the wolf spoke. "we've spotted Rogues at the edge of territory. They're headed towards camp!" The alpha nodded. "Thank you,Scout.Warn the camp." The Scout ran off towards the main part of camp. The dark grey wolf turned around and looked for someone. A silver wolf came out and walked over to the alpha,seeing the worry in his eyes. "What's wrong?" The silver female asked the wolf. "Rogues. Protect the pu-" but he didn't get to finish his sentence before a black wolf leaped out of the shadows and latched onto the alpha. The female ran,eyes wide. She ran to a small den. Soft sounds came from inside the cave. She peeked in,looking at the two pups. One was silver with bright blue eyes and the other,a grey with a dark stripe down its back. The female suddenly yelped as she was dragged out of the den by a gray wolf with reddish markings. The Alpha-male shook the black wolf off and ran over to the female,but he was too late before the gray-red wolf bit her neck,killing her. He growled and swiped the wolf's neck and killed it then went for the black wolf. But he realized that it was gone. He heard a small yelp of pain and turned around,rushing towards the small den. The black wolf from before cam out of the den with a small grey pup in his jaws,dead. The alpha growled and leaped for the black wolf,but disappeared under a pile of attacking wolves. The wolf grinned. The silver female wolf-pup took her chance and ran out of the den,away. The black wolf tried to grab her but missed by a tail-length. The little pup ran as fast as her little legs could take her. The Rogue Wolves killed the alpha,and ended up killing the rest of NightPack,all except the little silver wolf-pup. And what I mean is that the little wolf pup.....is the last remaining NightPack wolf.
