"But dad, no-one will find out, I'll be fine. Honestly" you told him. "I don't want you going to school" he insisted. "But you want me to seem normal, this is how that happens!" You shouted. Though you knew it was a lost corse. You'd been fighting about this for months. Maybe he was right. I mean, either way, you still had your friends; the losers club. And Richie Tozier. Richie was different. He made you feel fuzzy Inside. And from what you'd heard from Eddie, he felt the same way back. But 1. You didn't trust Eddie, and 2. You didn't want to accidentally hurt Richie.
"Can I go out tonight? To the barrens" I asked. "Sure" he responded, apparently happy I'd dropped the whole school thing.
