Haggars Taking

After Allura tells Shiro and Matt that one of them are altean, they ask if she can tell and she says no.
So Matt and Shiro just go and lay down, like the rest of the team. It was a crazy day, and the team needed a rest. Lance hangs out with Hunk, Pidge is making something for her lion. Keith is in his room. Shiro and Matt are, of course, in Matt's room. They fell asleep. Allura and Coran are sleeping as well. A while or so later Matt wakes up and walks to Pidges hangar.
"Hey Pidge" Matt says as he walks in. "Oh hi Matt shouldn't you be with Shiro?" Pidge says with a smirk on her face, Matt blushes, "He's asleep". "Shouldnt you be sleeping too?" Pidges smirk went away. Pidge and Matt spend the next few hours making jokes and building machines,and looking at data that the rebels have collected and the what Voltron has collected.

What they don't know is that Shiro has been standing there almost the whole time.

Matt turns around to walk out and sees Shiro,who shoots a smile at him, which he returns.
Pidge smiles, "Aawwwwww look at them two love birds". Shiro and Matt blush and don't say anything.

Shiro and Matt left Pidges hangar,and went to eat, "Shiro? I've been thinking, how are we gonna find out who's altean?" Matt asks looking over at Shiro.
Shiro thinks about this for a minute. Allura can't tell who's altean cause of the little altean heritage that one of them have, and there is no other way (or so the thought😏😏). "I don't know Matt" He replies kinda confused on what to do. They drop the subject and eat.

Later when everyone has slept a bit. The castle alarms are blaring and the paladins are fighting the large fleet of galra,which one ship is commanded by Haggar. Matt all of a sudden falls down and curls up, crying and screaming at what he is seeing

Matt's vision
Matt is on altea, he sees his great great great grandmother, "Matthew, you are the one" she says to him. Matt couldn't ask what he was or what use was talking about before she vanished. Then he sees his family and he's back home, he hears his parents talking about if they should tell him he's part altean. "Matt is altean, but Katie isnt, what will she think we both know that Matt will tell Katie that he's part alien." "I know this Colleen. But we have to tell Matt to promise to not tell Katie." Colleen nods and they start going towards the stairs and they go to their room and sleep. Matt's vision is being controlled by Haggar.

Matt opens his eyes and he sees Pidge and Shiro at his side, everyone else behind them. Matt hugs Pidge. Pidge hugs back not questioning what happened,no one did for that matter, "Matt, are you okay?" Pidge asked really worried, "I-i s-saw y- you a-and d-dad a-and m-mom" Matt continues to cry, meanwhile the galra ships weren't attacking, just there as if they don't see the castle. Then a video link comes up in the control room. "Hello paladins, and rebel." Haggar says as she has two druids by her side. Everyone turns to see Haggar while Pidge helps her brother to his feet, which is hard due to height difference. "What do you want?" Says Shiro walking up to the screen, "The rebel." She says looking at Matt, "What use does he have to you!" Yells Pidge. "All I say is this, he has use to the empire, if you don't hand him over we will take extreme measures". As the witch says this they all look to see 4 different ion cannons aiming towards the ship. No one knows what to do. Pidge and Shiro aren't gonna give Matt to the galra...he doesn't deserve to go back there, no one does. "Or there's this option, give back The Champion, only Matt knows who she's talking about. "No!" Matt speaks up. "Why not, rebel." "He doesn't need to be tortured again, for crying out loud you took his arm!" Now every one knows who the champion is. Matt and Shiro both exchange looks, and it seems they are reading each others minds, "We will both go" they both say together. Everyone in the room looks at them. "Matt no, I can't loose you again" Pidge says tears forming in her eyes. "It'll be ok Katie, ill come back," His voice goes to a whisper, "And maybe ill find dad while I'm at it." Matt smiles a bit and so does Pidge, she nods and gives her big brother a hug which he returns.
Then Shiro and Matt head to an escape pod to go to Haggars ship.
