Almost Is Never Enough

I quickly took that chance to escape and I did.when I saw the name on my phone’s screen,I sigh.

I finally pick up the call.

"elsie!is Mina with u?"

"geez can u turn down ur voice...it’s too loud"

"sorry...so,Mina is with u?"she ask

"yes...she’s with me"I said

"thank God!I tho she was kidnapped or something.she went to the market to buy her fav ketchup and not coming back.I was
worried"

"she did go to the market.we
bumped each other"I said coldy

"really?"

"yeah..want me to send her back?"

"if u can then it’s a yes"

"okay.bye"I said

"wait Elsie!"

"what?"

"I’m sorry for yelling u"

"it’s okay.g2g now"I said and end the call.I look at mina and she looked at me.

"we need to go to the dorm now"

"what?"

"now.pack ur stuff and wait for me.I’ll get my key car and Hood"I said

Mina just do as I told her to.

I lock my house and get into the car.

"buckle up"I said

"okay"

I drive the car all the way to the dorm.
it was really quiet all the way to the dorm but I just keep calm and focus on driving.
mina seem nervous with me and just looked down.
I take a peek on her and sigh.

'do I really want to forgive her??but...I want to see her again..I want to spend times with her again..should I tell her the truth?'

"what A mess"I said out loud and Mina seem confused

"what is that?"Mina ask

"nothing!"I said

I parked my car and I get out from the car to open car door for mina

"thank u"she said

"wc"

"u don’t wanna come with me?maybe meet the others or..."

"no,mina...I can’t"I said

"oh...o-okay...bye"she said and walk into the elevator sadly

I sigh and when I was about to start the engine,I saw something

"eh?aren’t this mina’s stuff?her ketchup is here too"I mumbled

"should I call her?wait a minutes!her phone is here too!?"
I groan bcoz I know I dont have any choice than go to their dorm now.
I grab her stuff,lock the car and get into the empty elevator

As soon as I arrived there,I took a deep breath and ring the bell.
I Waited till I saw the door crack open.The person who opens the door look in awe when she saw me

"Elsie!"

"hey"I said

"oh..ah..I..well,come in!"she said with a small smile

"it’s okay,I just want to return this.she left it in my car"I said while handed it to sana.

"well,thank u but r u sure don’t wanna come in? I’m sure the others want to see u"she said trying to convince me

"wc.I need to go now"I said and walk away from there.I don’t even say goodbye or send my regards to them.sana sigh and look at mina’s stuff

"looks like this gonna be hard than I tho"sana said

sana closed the door and handed Mina her stuff while Mina was talking with the others

"eh??"Mina look confused

"Elsie said u left it in her car.she came to return it"sana said while sitting down beside dahyun

"oh God I don’t even realise I left it!where is she?"Mina ask

"she left as soon as she gave it to me."

"really??too bad for us we didn’t have a chance to say sorry"jeongyeon said.

"maybe she's in a hurry now?"Nayeon said trying to give a positive thought about it

as I parked my car in front of my house,the moment when Mina pinned me against the counter and look into my eyes flashes on my mind.

I shook at that thought try to forget about it.
I close the door behind me and sit down on the sofa.

"ayyy what should I do now...I didn't go to school and even meet the members.."
I massage my forehead while thinking too many unnecessary problem that I know I can just solve it like that but it wasn't easy as I expected.

I'm still hurt by Mina's words.I can't just forget about it.it echoes in my head everynight.I recently got a nightmare,the same thing Mina said to me.

"this is stupid!stupid stupid stupid unnecessary sh*t!I don't like this feelings...why did u need to mix up together my feelings...whyyyy"I grunt in frustration.

as time goes by,I fell asleep on my sofa.After didn't get a nice and peaceful sleep.
