I didn't mean it... I shouldn't have laid a hand on her... Now she's bleeding and it's my fault...
"Kate...?" She didn't answer... "Katty? Please... look at me..." She looked up. "I'm so sorry... I was angry and I shouldn't have been... especially with you. I didn't mean to hurt you... I'm so sorry, Ka-"
She kissed me quickly, something she did when she was unable to use words. It was her way of reassuring me everything was ok, or in this case forgiven. I wrapped my arms around her.
"I love you..." She whispered into my shirt.
"I love you, too.... Can I heal you?"
"Mhm..."
After I finished licking her cuts, I looked at her and she was trying not to fall asleep. I grabbed my guitar and started to play 'The Day' for her. She couldn't fight it anymore and fell asleep. I put away my guitar and snuggled up next to her, still feeling awful about what I'd done...
What were you thinking?... I wasn't... Why would you do that to someone you love?... I have no answer... You need to prove it wasn't you who was acting... I'm not sure how... Find a way...
