At 9:27 the 194th loaded on to some trucks to start the drive to SOMME.
The truck i was in is last truck in the line but it had a good view.
Max set next to me and so we look out the back of the truck.
Max said,by the look of it,you can not tell that a war is going no.
We whet pass a group of tanks and large group of men that look like they are get ready of battle.
next we whet in to a city but it have bin hit by war.
Its home's had holes cause of artillery shell that miss.
The people Max said, they look like they have gone thru it all,
i feel sorry for them as we go thew,I seen a girl today that remind me of Eillie,i miss her a lot.
but i will see the end of this war to see her again .
