Charlie’s POV

I was on my phone checking instagram when it said that I had a new voice mail. I opened it right away and I wish I hadn’t the voice mail had a dark, creepy mans voice and it said… Dear Charlie,

I am your worst nightmare I have your mother here is proof I heard my moms voice.  Unless you want her to die I suggest you do what I ask. Take your brothers Beau, Luke and Jai to the park tomorrow I know that wont be a problem because you and Mackenzie were suspended don’t tell them about this text and bring Mackenzie to she can know about this because she wont tell anyone.  Don’t worry I wont hurt her on purpose if you do what I ask. If you’re wondering who I am I am your father.

Luke’s POV

I grabbed Charlies phone half expecting it just to be hate and half not because Charlie doesn’t crack easy I herd the voice mail and dropped the phone Beau caught it though and he herd it he gave it to Jai who listened to it we were all dead faced

Mackenzie’s POV

The movie was over and I looked at my family they all looked like they were in a trance “what’s wrong?” I asked “n-nothing” beau replied well that’s a lie “Charlie got a voice mail” jai said “who was it?” I asked “no one” Luke replied that’s it I’m done with the lying I grabbed Charlies phone “NO!!!” to late I heard the message.

Beaus POV

We all watched mac listen to the voice mail then she just broke down “Jai comfort mac and Luke and Char come with me we need to think of a plan.

Jai’s POV

I took Mac to her room where I just let her cry on me whilst I looked around for something for her and me to do. My eyes fell onto a puzzle “hey mac want to do a puzzle?” “Yeah”

Beaus POV

Luke and I had come up with a plan whilst Charlie just sat there watching us “Jai, Mac we have a plan!” they came down stairs Macs eyes we red and puffy I hate that man so much mess with me fine mess with my family not so fine. “Okay here’s the plan tomorrow Luke, Jai and I will go to the park. Charlie and Mackenzie you will hang around with your phones ready to call police in case any thing happens all clear?” I heard a chorus of yesses.

+Next day+

Mackenzie’s POV

I had calmed down and we were at the park I was with Char sitting on a bench close to my brothers. My phone was in my hand ready to call police and Charlie was ready to run to the nearest police station witch was about 3 minutes away. I thought it was pretty stupid of my dad to arrange to meet us 3 minutes away from a police station but he hadn’t been here for 14 years and the station was built 2 years ago so he didn’t know about it.  Okay I’m ready to call police my bothers are approaching my dad I had my fingers crossed hoping he hadn’t hurt my mum and that he wouldn’t hurt my brothers.

Luke’s POV

We were coming close to our dad I could se Jai next to me he was shaking so much I wanted to tell him to go wait with Charmac but that would give away our plan. Beau was frightfully calm as if this had happened before.

Dads POV

I saw three figures coming towards me wait three I thought that there was only Charlie and Mackenzie I thought they were twins were they actually triplets, had Gina miss informed me I knew I should have killed her that night (you will find out about that night in Beaus next POV) the figures came closer I could tell they were now boys, how much has this woman lied to me about. As they came closer I could tell that they were Beau, Luke and Jai. Great Charlie tolled her brothers

Jai’s POV

We were now about a meter away from our dad he was waring a black cloak/ cape thing you could barley recognise it was a person you could only see a black thing standing there and even now I can only just make out a face there was no one in he park except for us, our dad and Charmac looked shocked good that’s what beau wanted to happen with this plan. Then I saw something in his arms a body, our mums body, “YOU KILLED HER!” I shouted, “what are you talking about Jai Luke asked there in his arm he is holding mum that’s why he is waring that cloak ting. “Well spotted Jai, you always had a sharp eye didn’t you?” said dad “shut up you said you wouldn’t hurt mum” beau said “and your sister said she wouldn’t tell you about this we all lie.” “First our sister has a name its Charlie second you told her not to tell anyone she didn’t lie and third she didn’t tell any one we saw her crying to her phone so we took it.” I explained “either way you knew about this so here is your mum and don’t worry I’ll be back.”

We went home we didn’t tell Charmac about mum were going to tomorrow.

Beaus POV we went home and Luke was looking at me strangely “yes Luke what is it?” “You seemed so calm going to dad as if this had happened before.” “Okay I cant keep this secret any longer I’ll tell you all.” They all crowded around me Charlie looked curious Mackenzie looked worried Luke  looked interested in what I was going to say and Jai looked puzzled. Iit happened when Jake (jai and Luke that wasn’t my idea by the way) were 2 years old I was 4 we were watching something on TV when there was a knock mum looked outside and turned to me her face was scared she whispered to me to take Jake to my room, lock the door and hide in the wardrobe. She told me not to come out until I herd three knocks and puppies that was our code so I did. Mum let the person in it was dad now remember she was five months pregnant with Charlie and Mackenzie at this point and she had just divorced dad three months ago. She told me the rest she said that dad threatened to kill her and Charmac that night if she didn’t do what he wanted” “what did he want” asked Charlie “he wanted her to call him once a week with what was happening and our phone numbers all of that stuff that is how he called you Charlie mum must have still been threatened by him. About an hour later mum came to the room did the code and I unlocked the door. There was no point moving because mum would just have to tell him the new address.”  Once I had finished we stayed silent for a while. “So where is mum any way?” asked Mackenzie we had to tell them “um…” Jai started “dad killed her” Luke blurted out “ha I knew it mac you owe me $10” Charlie said “wait what?” Jai asked confuse “we had a bet I said dad only broke a couple of mums bones and Charlie said that he killed her we were both hoping we were wrong though.” Mackenzie explained “okay...” what wants to play fifa and let me commentate seeing as we couldn’t yesterday?” beau asked I guess he was trying to take our minds off thing “CHARMAC YOUR GOING DOWN” Jake shouted “TO BAD JAKE WILL LOOSE FIRST” Charmac replied
