Another day. I hope this one will be different. It was my birthday and Max was planning on getting me something. I didn't know what it was. All he said was, "I'll call you to come down stairs and go out for something to eat. Trust me, it will be special." I hope it will be good. I opened the door and locked it. I went down the stairs of the apartment. When I got into the car, I saw a teddy bear. The card inside the basket read, Happy Birthday beautiful! From Max.

"Aw, babe you got this for me?" I asked while smiling joyfully. "Of course I did, I love you. Plus you are beautiful, what did you expect." He said with a little smirk. "I do not know. Maybe something simple like just chocolates or only the bear. But this...this is sweeter." "Hehe..anything for you sugar plum." He started the car. Though he still has not told me where we were going, I already think I know.
--- We arrived and this place was not what I expected. I thought was going to be a diner or something but it was way fancier. It was called Stessy's Restaurant. I have never heard of this place before but it was fancy as heck. Everyone was so dressed up while I wore a jumper. The jumper looked like a dress but still, these people were going all out for this place. Max was dressed up pretty nicely,I didn't think he was going to bring me here. This place looked REALLY expensive.
We got in and that place smelled incredible. Just thinking about the food made me hungry. This place looked so nice on the inside, the walls were painted gold and it seemed like they were a little obsessed with gold. It looked like a million bucks in here. We sat down and a waiter came to ask us for our order.
"Good day, what would you guys like to order?"
--- We ate the food and it was amazing.
"This date was amazing. I'm so happy that you're my boyfriend."
"No problem. You're an awesome girl, Adam made a big mistake." Hearing that name again started to make me get heated. I hate Adam for what he did to me but I know Max meant well.
"He did. I know he regrets it. But I have you and I'm happy to be with you." We got up and went out the door. He drove me home. While I was in the car, I fell asleep. I felt him put his jacket around me as I slept.
