"It's been a long time since I heard of monsters actually being in the dungeon", the rogue tells me from in front of the TV screen where she watches her talk show. "It's that evil I detected a while back", the wizard beckons from across the room while analysing one of her spell books.
" We must use our combined skills if we ever hope to defeat this evil", I tell them.
"Some of those monsters are extremely strong and it would be unadvised to take them on solo,trust me," the assassin says as he sharpens his katana. Then I hear a slight snarl,
it's the werewolf, "those guys are no match for me once I really get serious" he says in a gruff voice.
The assassin looks daggers at the werewolf, clearly not amused by his statement. I see the tension rising between them and I butt in.
"We aren't going to get anywhere if you two start fighting one another, the enemy is out there," I say as I gesture to the door which leads to the dungeon."What we really need to do here is start training, learn how to work together as a team, which is what I plan to do,so I'll group us in teams of four."Everyone nods seeming to agree with my plan. "OK team assignments are , team one, myself, rogue,the wizard and the vampire.
Team two would be, alchemist, paladin, engineer and the elf. I continue on to look at the werewolf and assassin and I address them," you two are skilled as it is so for now you will be a team of two,BUT your skills as fighters is nothing if you two can't work together."they give me an indecisive nod and I return to address the entire room."Alright we begin training in the morning, all of you be here."and with that everyone returned to what they were doing.
