  Evian is confused. He's beat countlessly by peers over dumb rumors that float like a boat on the sea. Every new day, he's greeted with a new task of overcoming the idiots and challenges in his path. Yet ever so recently, he's come to a theory- Is he being targeted? If he is, what is the leader's goal? Why does he have constant back pain? Why do his balls itch so often?

He's given in after 11 years of being soft and neat with his feelings and actions and has finally resorted to violence. Before he can fully comprehend that idea, though, he must experiment. A government type, level five clearance one complete with illegal drugs, weapons, murders, gangs, suicide, memes, references, and a hell of a lot more.

But before that, he's going to need a partner, and some supernatural abilities.
