The new guy

Sophia's pov...
It was first period, I was talking to my friends Emmett and Marissa . They have been dating for almost a year now and they are seriously couple goals. We were in the middle of talking and suddenly the teacher spoke up and everyone went quiet and a guy walked in "Lucas introduce yourself" Mr. Jackson said "Hey my name is Lucas Boss and I hope we all get along... " God this Lucas kid is real cute, no cute isn't the right word more like sexy.  He sits by me I'm pretty sure we made eye contact 3 times and I can feel him staring at me for some odd reason... Not that I mind or anything ;).  He is pretty cute I mean who would mind if a gorgeous guy was staring at them I mean not in a creepy way but in a type of admiration type of way..you know what I mean..

~Lunch~
           I was sitting with Emmett and Marissa and I started to doze off while they were being all lovey dovey . Suddenly I felt the bench move ever so slightly "It's cool if I sit here right" Lucas said looking at us they just nodded I nodded as well while barley blushing. I put my head back in my arms on the table and fell into a light slumber. I could here faint voices but it felt nice like I was in my own world....I felt a pair of eyes on me but I didn't really care at this point. I slowly opened my eyes to see Lucas laying his head on the table staring at me. Soon we just started staring into each others eyes I felt a strange surge of electricity as we made eye contact still not breaking it. Soon the bell rang and it was time for fifth period I got up with a slight blush and went to class. It's weird Lucas and I have the exact same schedule that's pretty awesome !

_After school_

         I was walking home and as I was walking I had a strange feeling like I was being watched but I didn't let it bother me today was too awesome to have anything bad happen. ( Authors note: BTW there will be allot of cliches because i'm a HUGE romantic) But I started feeling uneasy and it really bothered me now considering I had to walk down a shady sidewalk. It was literally shady..... I went to look behind me but nothing, I walked faster but I suddenly heard footsteps behind me so like anybody would do I ran. But just my luck I tripped on my feet why of all days do my legs decide to stop working I saw a guy wall closer. I could smell the alcohol from where he was and as he drew closer the smell worsened. I had sprained my ankle in the process of falling but me being me I tried getting up only making matters worse considering I couldn't run. I just tried limping away but he got ahold of my hair great.. I yelled  and kicked him in well ya know the area . I limped with all my might trying to get away but I was slow but before the guy could catch up I see another guy take him out  'wow' was all that ran through my head and suddenly he held his hand out for me then I realized it was LUKAS what was he doing in this part of town "u-um thank you Lukas god only knows what would have happened if you hadn't showed up" I said a bit nervous but I tried to keep my cool. "Yeah no problem that dude was a creep anyway" got that right I thought as I shivered a bit yeah my jacket was somewhere in a puddle. What can I say it was weighing me down I needed to be faster to beat the creep... Out of nowhere Lukas hands my his jacket it was just a regular hoodie but it smelled amazing.................am I seriously sniffing his sweatshirt. I looked away hoping he didn't notice thankfully he didn't I would have died of embarrassment. "I'll walk you home" and with that we headed off. Once I saw my small apartment I smiled and said we were there he had a weird look on his face "what's wrong" I asked looking up at him "which apartment is yours" he asked I was taken back a bit but we walked to the third floor. And he just had a weird look on his face so asked him what was up... "I live right next to you" he says as he pints to apartment 134 as I was 135. I was shocked and suddenly remembered a moving truck was here yesterday I just didn't pay attention..oh well.. "well see ya tomorrow" he says as he goes inside "yeah see ya.." I was just shook by how weird... today was anyways I wonder what tomorrow will be like...
